Enjoy the scenic harbor dotted with boats and the charming streets lined with shops and restaurants. Alternatively, a short stroll from the cottage in the opposite direction allows you to revel in the beautiful views and a refreshing swim at Barret's Park. A brief drive leads to the renowned Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, spanning over 300 acres. Or head to Wiscasset Village, 'The Prettiest Village in Maine', with its historic homes, cafes, and scenic location along the Sheepscot River.

Back at your coastal haven, stop to enjoy some coastal breezes on the screened-in porch. Inside, you’ll feel right at home amidst the gold and wood tones of the furniture and flooring. Unwind in the cozy space around the non-working stone fireplace, and enjoy streaming your favorite movies. The well-appointed kitchen boasts a suite of stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and generous prep space. When the meal is ready, gather around the generously sized farmhouse table.

As you explore the rest of the home, discover airy and inviting bedrooms, charming tiled bathrooms, and extra amenities like a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

As the evening nears, head to the screened-in porch, adorned with twinkling lights. Enjoy the relaxing ambiance and coastal breezes as you fire up the gas grill. Then head to the yard to enjoy roasting marshmallows over the firepit.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
