BEDROOM ARRANGEMENT

Each of the three bedrooms offers a queen sized bed, and for families with infants, a portable crib is conveniently provided in the master bedroom closet along with a high chair. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a tv.

LIVING ROOM

A comfortable and roomy living room area welcomes you to relax and enjoy movies with your dear ones on the plush couch. A variety of board games are on hand to provide entertainment. Abundant natural light fills the living room, harmoniously uniting the space and establishing a cozy, inviting atmosphere that is ideal for creating meaningful connections with family and friends.

*Must be 25 years old to book
*We will require a copy of either a state id card, drivers license or passport for the adult booking the stay to be emailed to holidayislandretreat@gmail.com after booking acceptance.
* 2 night minimum stay
* Please report any damages that occur during the stay
* Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for 2 hours, and $500 for any extended time.
* These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by the delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
* Extra Guests: If more guests than are permitted are found on the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per guest may apply or we might request that you vacate the property.
* If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.
