This spacious one-bedroom suite features a king bedroom, a living area with a queen sofa bed, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely porch area for coffee-sipping. - Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
- Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05742 and Business License BL017927.
Guest Access:
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, bookstores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

The apartment is in a perfect location right off King Street. It’s very easy to walk around historic Charleston and find restaurants, bars and shops. The unit itself is on the ground floor with a nice porch to sit on. Be prepared that the unit above may be noisy but quiet hours are enforced by property manager. Great parking too. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay! The place is spacious, well stocked, clean and in a fantastic location. Walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any requests. We were two couples who stayed and we were very happy. Bonus point for the porch!

We spent three nights in this lovely condo. It was tastefully furnished and stocked with helpful amenities. The parking space was a bit tight for our mid-sized SUV and the upstairs neighbors seemed to be professional cloggers working the early shift, but other than that it was a perfect option for a fun getaway for a couple.

We had a pleasant stay at the Pineapple Suite and would agree with many prior reviews highlighting its attractive design, cleanliness, and convenient location.Our experience was diminished by an issue with the property’s readiness for its stated occupancy of four and the lack of follow through by management to resolve this. The kitchen was not equipped with sufficient place settings, including in particular, only one plate. While this was a minor inconvenience, we reached out to the property manager on two separate days. Each time, we were told a plate would be delivered the following day. The second day we were told it would be at the top of their list for the next day. Unfortunately, despite these assurances, the missing items were never provided during our stay.While the issue itself was not significant, the lack of follow-through was disappointing and raised some concern about how more substantial matters might be handled. After our stay, we shared this feedback with management. They were apologetic and asked how they could make it right. We weren’t looking for compensation but since they asked we indicated that we were open to their suggestion. They never followed up. That was ten days ago. This final lack of follow-through is what ultimately prompted this review.Overall, this is a clean, well-located property. Communication from management was timely, but their execution did not match their promises and left us feeling disrespected as guests.

Lovely old apartment in a great location
Fantastic location just around the corner from King Street. The property, although old was tastefully decorated with modern appliances and a very comfortable bed. A couple of
minor issues with WiFi and our inability to work the blinds were solved quickly, but would have been helpful to have some written instructions somewhere.
Overall a great place to base yourself when visiting Charleston. Would definitely stay again if we visit again as a couple.

Charm In Charleston
Your property is lovely. I would suggest that rugs be put on the floor in the unit above the bedroom from unit A. We were awakened both nights by people in heavy shoes walking around (12:30-1:30 AM); something heavy was dropped several times as well. Also, please be aware that the South Carolina roaches are present in the kitchen. This is a nasty thing to deal with. We enjoyed the walkable location and having off street parking, once the impolite people moved their car from our space an hour after we arrived.
