The bedroom features a custom made king bed with quality bedding for a comfortable sleeping experience. To accommodate additional persons, the loft features a RH couch that folds out to a queen bed in a separate open room that also serves as a TV area. The hall separates the convenient laundry room from the bathroom. The walk-in shower features a rainfall shower head and hand held shower wand on an adjustable slide bar.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is new with stainless steel appliances, modern cabinets, and lots of counter space for coffee & meal preparation. Round dining table with 4 leather swivel chairs, three bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar. The glass door accesses the private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the area views.

SETTING, ACREAGE, VIEWS: The condo is located downtown in the SOBO Building. Walk downtown and enjoy Bozeman's bars, restaurants, and shops. Step out on the deck to enjoy outdoor seating and views to the south. Bagel Works, Mavens Market, Sweet Peaks Ice Cream, and three bars are just a block away. For groceries, the Bozeman Co-op is a block and a half away. Guests have access to one parking space in the parking lot.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Besides hiking, biking, and trail running right from town, there is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. You’re just 17 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and Crosscut Cross-Country Ski Area and about 44 miles to Big Sky. It’s also a beautiful 88 miles drive to Yellowstone.
