Cathedral View Suite -No Cleaning Fee

This listing is part of an up / down duplex and as such noise does transfer slightly. We've done our best to mitigate the sound transfer but it is not perfect.

This space has a very unique view of Massillon's Gothic Revival St Mary's Cathedral and Cemetery. It is one bedroom, but the living room can easily be converted into another bedroom with the inclusion of a murphy bed. The suite is within walking distance to so much.

Entry to the space is off of the front porch, where other guests will access the second (upstairs) unit. There are 4 steps to get onto the porch and the main entrance is the first door. Upon entry, there is a spacious living room with a TV, some stained glass and a murphy bed. Continuing forward, you enter the kitchen, which boasts a beautiful view of the St Mary's Cathedral. Further toward the back of the house is a large bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a large shower, as well as the original windows that can be opened up to view the backyard.
The main bedroom is off the kitchen and includes a queen sized bed, twin day bed, and a small TV. Eventually we will be building a deck off the back of the house.

The house is a long a well traveled road. During the day it can be quite busy, but in the evenings it dies down significantly.
Smoking (Cigarettes, Vaping or Marijuana) is not permitted inside the house.
