The listing was more like a dorm set up vs a suite. I felt misled by the listing. Overall the place was very nice and clean, it was just not a great fit for me.

Great location in Capitol Hill! Spacious room and bathroom. Well equipped bathroom and kitchen. Everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This is without a doubt the worst stay experience I have ever had- vacation rental, hostel, or hotel- and I’ve stayed at other vacation rentals in this part of Seattle for around this price, so I’m fairly confident in asserting that my experience was unique to this location and host. For starters, this is by no means a private space. The walls are remarkably thin, such that I could hear other guests snoring in the room next door. The bathrooms are detached from the bedroom, a fact conspicuously hidden beneath the tacky AI generated property description. What the property description leaves out is that the doors have no handles, only deadbolts accessible by a code, so they don’t stay shut unless they’re locked. Not only is this in violation of Seattle Building Code 1010.2.2, but it’s horribly inconvenient. The lack of privacy within the unit completely defeats the purpose of a vacation rental, and my girlfriend and I ended up checking out a night early because we felt unsafe. For what it’s worth, the model door locks used can be opened remotely. Do with that information what you will. The host was remarkably unprofessional regarding my privacy concerns, to the point of ignoring my texts and, to my interpretation, intentionally misrepresenting my complaint. Eventually I decided it wasn’t worth arguing over, but given how this experience ended, I will be contacting VRBO directly to outline my complaints.

We take security seriously; our keyless keypad lock systems are intentionally installed to safeguard guest privacy and comply with standard building safety requirements. It was a really nice space, but I had no idea we would be sharing a kitchen and Going in and out of the room to go to the bathroom. It felt like living in a dorm . It was lovely and clean but I thought it would be more of a private space.

Pretty good overall but advertisement was a bit misleading. Said that I’d have the entire apartment to myself although it was a shared kitchen space. Also said on-site parking was included which it’s not. Only street parking was available which turned out to be ok. Some of the other guests were good and respectful of others. Others were not. Overall pretty good.

Check in was very confusing, the confirmation text only states the unit number but does not tell you which exterior door to us. When calling the host I was connected to a customer service agent who had never seen the property so he could only send me pictures from the list that were not helpful for accessing the unit. The bathroom is also not connected to the room which was not stated in the listing. I would not have booked had I known the bathtoom was not connected. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and there was no other furniture in the room so we were not able to relax in the unit at all.

I will not stay there again. Bath on the hall. Had to enter a different code to get in that door. Not very convenient. Also they failed to give me the code initially. Also, could use a chair & mirror in the room. Bed very low. Location was great for me though. Nice neighborhood.
