Large, rustic waterfront historic property on saltwater Millpond. The property is 4/10 mile to Lighthouse Beach and 1/2 mile to downtown. Walk to restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and ice cream. Wireless internet and cable television provided along with gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. This property is full of Cape Cod charm.

Antique home that offers first floor master bedroom with a queen and a private bath, and on the second floor there are three additional bedrooms each with two twin beds side by side, and a bunk room with two twins and three built in bunks. There are two baths on the second floor at each end of the house. There are portable fans available for each bedroom. Property does not provide air conditioning. Please keep in mind there is a steep stairway to the second floor in case you are traveling with younger children.

You're sure to enjoy the outdoor space-- a beautiful large patio that faces Millpond, spacious yard, and plenty of parking. Path from back yard leads down to the water. Great spot for kayaks! Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace on a beautiful summer morning or read a great book in the afternoon. With truly picturesque water views and a private setting, the well maintained yard is great for outdoor games or outdoor dining!. There are two outdoor dining tables and a large umbrella along with ample outdoor seating.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
