Enjoy the tranquility of Truro's ocean side in this classic four-bedroom Cape--just a short walk to beautiful Ballston Beach.

The home has an open main living space featuring a living room with comfortable seating and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi and a dining area with large table and chairs. Just off the dining area is a wonderful screen porch--the perfect spot for a book or your morning coffee. The nicely-equipped eat-in kitchen is off the living room.

There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower.

The home's three other bedrooms are on the second floor. One with a queen, one with two twins and one with a full (double). There is also a full bathroom with shower on this floor and washer/dryer.

Air conditioning: This property has five window air conditioning units. One in the main living area and one in each of the four bedrooms.

The lovely back deck looks out over the wooded lot. There is an unenclosed outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. A path in the backyard leads to a separate "studio" with a full futon (no bathroom).

Explore Truro's natural wonder including trails in the area and Great Pond. Walk or bike to beloved Ballston Beach for swimming and sunbathing. Convenient to all Truro has too offer including wonderful restaurants, live concerts at Payomet Performing Arts Center and wine tasting and tours at Truro Vineyards. Only an 8-minute bike ride to Truro Center for staples, delicious sandwiches and treats at the Truro General Store (formerly Jam's) or fresh local produce at the weekly Truro Farmers Market.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
