.Two steps up brings you into the !st floor where elderly or handicapped people can stay in the Queen sized bed room off the kitchen with a full bathroom around the corner.There is a screened-in porch 16x25 off the dining rm which provides an outdoor dining+family room so you can enjoy the views of mountains,stream,deer and lake thru the trees.
Second fl has four bed rms and 2 bths.Master suite has a King and a full/queen(sleeps 2) fold out couch +private bath with shower and jacuzzi.Bunk room has 2 bunk beds sleeping 6 kids easily(2 bunks-each has a single / over a queen).A queen and single+crib in one bd room and 2 singles in the other next to bth rm.W/D in wash room.All rooms have Tv+dvd players.

Very nice property

The house is big, plenty of room for entertaining. We had family stay with us and also rent a near by property. Plenty of room for dinners, etc together. A short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Great house in a great neighborhood

Host was great, communicated often. House has lots of room and the pool table was fun! Kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Great house.

Awesome, beautiful vacation house for family & friends!

The house is well-kept, clean, and beautiful. It is very spacious for a big family to vacation in. The owner, Karl, is also very nice, flexible, and is easy to reach and communicate with. He ensured that we received important information, via phone call and email, prior to check in and also followed up on us if we got in fine into the house. My family will definitely rent from him again and recommend his place to friends.

Great place for large families

Rented this place for 4 days during the New Year's. The house is spacious and very relaxing. The owner, Karl, is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for large gatherings. Would definitely rent this place again.

so much room I was just very surprised much bigger than the pictures could show.we had a ping pong

Launch house room for all room to sit and eat. Outdoor enclosed porch and Loud us to watch the deers that come by. Three bedrooms kept the ladies happy. Karl checked in on us and was very helpful and accessible.

This property is GREAT.

We loved our vacation at this property. The location is terrific and Eagle Rock has a lot to offer for a vacationing family. Karl the owner was a pleasure to work with and made sure our stay was the best it could be.

Open floorplan, great porch, close to beach

We had 3 families stay for MDW (15 total)...we all agreed the first floor layout was awesome. The pool table is on the main floor so we basically hung out together the whole time. Kitchen table fit us all and made for some great games (2 roll Yahtzee!) with everyone. Short walk to beach. Owner was very responsive. There's additional space and bedrooms down the basement so ask owner if you need more space! We didn't but if a 4th family came it would have been needed. Loved the screened-in porch and EagleRock golf. Course is in great shape.

Great property!

The house is beautiful and spacious and easily fit our family and friends (10 total people). We had 4 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved that there were tvs in every room and they played ping pong for hours. We are definitely interested in renting this property again.

Awesome house for family vacations!

We have several families and need a big house such as this one. The house is spacious and also fully equipped, you will find whatever you need. The house owner Karl is also amazing with quick responses and follow up. You would not find a more responsible owner like him to take care of the guests stay as him. Highly recommended especially you have a big group!

Great place for family fun

This home offered our family group a great place to play games, pool, ping pong and a comfortable living area for hanging out by the fireplace. The kitchen and dining area were we stocked with all we needed for family meals. Although the general decor and bedrooms were simple with few frills they worked out well for our 15 person family group. We would consider staying here again. Karl, the owner, was a very good communicator and made sure our reservation and stay was a good one.

Home Away From Home

As soon as you walk through the door, it felt comfortable and cozy. Everything was accesible and at your disposal.. The homeowner made the process of renting painless and even followed up with a call to make sure I had arrived ok!! Had such a wonderful time, would highly recommend this home to anyone! Cant wait to stay again!! Truly a beautiful home!!

Great time away with family!!!

Outstanding

This was a wonderful place for our family to spend quality time together on our vacation. It is a beautiful home, complete with all of the amenities needed to make our stay a memorable one. Just a serene and peaceful place for all to unwind, have great fun playing ping pong and pool, and easy access to the lake. Came all the way from Hawai‘i and this was our home away from home. Excellent stay! Would stay here again on our next trip!

Best vacation in a beautiful house

We had an amazing family vacation weekend at this house. This almost new house is beautiful, elegantly decorated, and full of all things one would need for a great vacation. Big fully equipped kitchen, nice pool table, toys for both adults and kids and don't forget 5 or 6 furnished bed rooms. Everything was as described. The owners were so easy to work with. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Great for all ages! Great house for a big group!

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful house. It's an easy drive to Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts (about 30 min). The house has so much room for everyone to have their own space and also plenty of space to all be together. The kids loved the ping pong table and we all loved being nestled in the woods. Karl made the process very simple and everything was communicated well. Thank you!

Beautiful and very spacious home

We had a nice stay and everyone enjoyed the house over the New Years Eve holiday. We were specially happy to find that the house had more space than the pictures allowed us to see. The ping-pong table was also a nice surprise. Great Time overall, nothing to complain about

Karl's home was large enough for me and my friends (14 adults). It was beautiful and spacious. We played pool, ping pong, taboo and card games in the house. We also used the resort's amenities such as kayaking, paddleboat, and canoe. We also took pictures around the beautiful views of the resort. Karl was very accommodating in terms of checking in on us upon arrival and he was easily reachable through phone call. Thank you for a memorable weekend getaway with my friends.

Family Vaca was one of the best!!!!

Karl's beautiful home was perfect for our large family. With 9 children and 8 adults everyone had their own space and the resort had something for everyone. While some walked to the beach to swim, canoe, or padddle-board, others stayed at the house and played pool or ping pong or even to take a nap. The fully equipped kitchen was excellent for preparing meals for our large group. Loved that Karl checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was fine. He encouraged me to call with any questions - no matter how small. We made lots of memories in the evening when we all sat together on the large screened in porch and talked and laughed. We loved the deer that wander in and out of the property and 3 of our kids caught tons of fish. We did horseback riding, used the pool, fitness center, swam at the beach, did bike rides, and went for walks together. I am so glad we are found Karl's home. Thanks for one of the best family vacations ever!!!!!!

4th of July Weekend

Had a great time!! The house was AMAZING!! We enjoyed it to the last minute.. My guest also enjoyed the time we had.. So close to the lake we didn't even take the cars just walked over.We are hoping to go back for Labor Day weekend and are hoping to be a to get the same house.. The Owner was also very easy to talk with and even said we could call him if we had any problems.. Which we didn't!! Again thank you for making our 4th of July weekend one we won't forget!!!!!

Wonderful stay

We had a extremely wonderful Easter weekend in this Gorgeous house. The resort itself had a lot of things to explore. We did Horse back riding and the waterfall trail. The views from eagle rock, lake beach are stunning! The house is spacious and comfortable, which makes us feel like at home. The pool table, Ping Pong table add so much fun for our stay. The owner is very considerate and ready to help. We're looking forwards to another trip to eagle rock.

holiday vaca end of year fun!

Family gathering for end of year fun, relaxing and reflect of the year passed. Home had a family feel to it, spacious, with everything you need for a great time. The house had room for everyone. It is situated in a great area. The views are outstanding. Karl was wonderful. I called him several times to see what there was to do in the area, questions about the house etc.. He was very accommodating and offered lots of info. Great place to visit in the winter or summer. Look forward to visiting again!

Annual Ski Weekend

This is our 3rd annual ski weekend with family and friends. Karl is wonderful and very accommodating. The house is spacious with something for everyone to do. We look forward to this trip and can't wait for next year!!!! Also kudos to Patrick who always ensures that we get settled in and accommodated to the house!

Great Location

House is very close to the lake. House is very spacious. It's clean with all the upgrades. The owner was very kind. He followed up often to make sure we got there ok and our stay is comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

The resort has so many things to do I never have to leave.

Quiet healthful nature outside my window,with deer,squirrels and turkey walking thru my backyard going to drink in my stream. I find myself staring out the rear window,losing myself to the view.
