NEIGHBORHOOD & ACCESS

• It’s a very easy drive from our property to the stadium. We’re right by the Turnpike, and the stadium has its own exit — we’re literally just one exit away.

• Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami will be the official World Cup Fan Festival location, where they’ll broadcast all the matches and host concerts, activities, and special events. It’s about an 18–25 minute drive from us in normal traffic.

• The Hard Rock Casino will also be hosting events, and we’re only a few miles away from it as well.

• Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale — where the teams will be practicing — is also within convenient reach.

• Close to everything, yet far enough from heavy World Cup congestion

• Stay near the excitement without the gridlock—just north of Miami Gardens in calmer, safer Broward County.
