Ocean View Cottage with Separate Suite

Incredible COTTAGE! with a new Separate Suite! How can you vacation in Hawaii and not have an ocean view!! Authentic Hawaii vacation retreat in Hawaii Kai-East Side of Oahu! Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday day life, rejuvenate, and revitalize yourself at this unique property. This vacation cottage is nestled in the lush mountain forest on the east side of Oahu (Hawaii Kai). The cottage was just built in 2011 and the new Suite was completed Dec 2018. Experience the best of both worlds with spectacular views of the ocean from the main cottage or mountain views from the master suite. These cottages are at the highest point on the backside of the property located above the main estate home with a private entrance.

The main cottage boasts a small kitchenette, bar, and large covered lanai for lounging while enjoying the ocean/mountain peak views. If that’s not enough use the extended lanai for sunbathing or have a maitai in your own private Jacuzzi after a hard day's work at the beach while watching TV.

Just completed December 2018 a separate Master suite with a private deck with a Mountain View. It has a queen bed, coffee maker, AC, TV, and Microwave ( Bathroom in the main cottage) additional fee

The suite has a comfortable seating area on the deck that converts to a firepit at night.

Other options include an outside shower, 2nd outside bathroom, a hammock, a barbecue area, and a private fenced-in yard.

Both units combined can sleep up to 6 guests, main cottage has
CA king bed, futon, and small loft with queen bed( low ceiling in the loft). Some guests prefer to sleep on the sofa located on the lanai as another option while it’s easy to fall asleep under the stars while the cool trade winds are blowing.
* The Suite is available at an additional fee( fee will kick in with 4 or more guests)
For guests who prefer to eat at the cottage, all the basic necessary cooking appliances, grills, etc are available.

The separate master suite has a queen bed, an outside private deck, a TV, AC, Microwave, and Coffee maker.

In addition, the cottages come with your necessary beach tool kit: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc.

The location is nearby famous attractions and beaches such Hanauma Bay, Sandy Beach, Maunalua Bay, and Sealife Park. Three shopping centers, Costco, a pharmacy, and many restaurants are within a few miles. Parking is free

These retreat cottages are a great value and offered at an affordable price point, based on the overall options and amenities. The pictures don’t do justice to how the property shows.
