Step into your private, fully fenced-in backyard & soak your cares away in the glowing hot tub. Relax in the egg chair swing or enjoy the cozy patio sitting area. Inside, the living room invites you to relax on a large reclining couch and enjoy a large 65in TV with a classic Nintendo gaming system.

This home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is kid-friendly. For entertainment, you'll find:

- FREE high-speed internet and three large smart TVs with free channels.
- A classic gaming console with vintage Nintendo games like Mario Bros, Zelda and Donkey Kong. Show the kids some classic throw backs!
- A selection of board and card games for all ages.

Both bedrooms feature their own private TV for personal relaxation. One bedroom includes a dedicated workspace with reclining office chair, perfect for remote work or planning your adventures.

For those traveling with little ones, there is a tub in the bathroom, a portable folding crib in the home, kid friendly utensils, plates and cups and a high chair that can be provided upon request free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with several complimentary coffee blends to get you started. You will also find integrated USB-A and USB-C charging outlets in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen - just bring your cable!

There is washing machine, dryer, and some complimentary laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner for your convenience. The closets have hangers and there is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the home.

- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) to last for the first few days of your stay depending on guest count.
- Safety Features: For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with several smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher & first aid kit. There are also security cameras in the outdoor common areas.
- EV Charger: Level 2 Tesla EV Charger with a NACS-style plug is available for your use.
- Property Notice: This home is part of a very small multi-unit short and mid-term rental complex which is surrounded by privacy fencing with open access to a large common driveway.
