The main floor features a fully open-concept layout, combining the kitchen, dining area, living room, and main bathroom — a bright and welcoming space designed for relaxation and socializing. The master bedroom, with a King bed, is located on the large mezzanine, offering privacy and a cozy retreat. The second bedroom, with a Queen bed, is located in the basement and includes an additional twin mattress and a baby playpen, making it ideal for families.

The chalet comes fully equipped with all linens and towels, as well as essentials including soap, toilet paper, and a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, and appliances.

In addition to the year-round spa, the area offers a wide variety of activities in every season: swimming at the nearby beach, fishing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, downhill skiing, tubing, dog sledding, tree-top adventures, hiking, golfing, biking, snowmobiling, ATV and quad rides, and much more.

It is preferable to have a car to get around Lanaudière and to get to the village from the chalet.

👥 Occupancy & Pricing
The base rate includes up to 4 guests (ages 2+).
An additional fee of $20 per person, per night applies for each guest beyond this number (minimum 2 nights per additional guest, even if staying only one night).
Maximum occupancy: 5 guests.
➡️ All guests must be declared at the time of booking.
➡️ Any undeclared guest constitutes a violation of the rental rules and may result in additional fees, penalties, and/or eviction. A $200 fee will be charged for each undeclared guest in order to discourage false declarations and ensure compliance with the chalet’s maximum occupancy and rental conditions.

🔥 Hot Tub – Accessible and operational year-round.

🍖 BBQ – During the cold season, if present on the terrace, guests are responsible for clearing snow, cleaning the grates, and refilling the propane tank if needed (no winter maintenance provided).

🔥 Campfire – Available during the summer season only, when the designated black steel fire pit with grills is installed.

🐶 Dogs – Welcome (maximum 2) at $75 + tax per dog. Dogs must remain on the main floor. Please keep dogs off sofas and beds, clean up after them outside, and if there is noticeable shedding at checkout, a quick brush or lint roll is appreciated. Dogs are welcome at the chalet and on the property. Please note that dogs are not permitted at Lake Sol Beach, the shared beach located a 3-minute walk away, in accordance with the residents' association rules.

🚫 Cats – Not permitted.

🕔 Check-in / Check-out – Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. No Saturday arrivals or departures (exceptions may be possible upon request).

🧼 Supplies – We provide soaps for cleaning, dishwashing, and hands, as well as two coffee makers, filters, and a grinder. Please bring your own body/hair soap and coffee (ground or beans).

📹 Cameras – Exterior only, facing the entrance. Recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

📝 Pre-registration – Mandatory with ID to help prevent fraud. Provides access to the Virtual Chalet Guide.

💳 Security Deposit – A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card on the day of arrival and released after inspection of the property.
