Spacious Elegance: Two Living Spaces in One Home
Our home is the perfect winter retreat, featuring two separate yet cohesive living spaces, each with its own bathroom and bedrooms, perfect for large families or two groups travelling together
Enjoy the warmth and comfort of our fully equipped home, featuring board games, video games, and a cozy book collection. Sink into quality beds, and whip up meals in our well-appointed kitchen and kitchenette
A perfect launch pad for exploration, our house is at the mid-point between Toronto and Niagara Falls!
You will have the entire home to yourself, including the entire upper level and the basement, including:
- Fully appointed kitchen and kitchenette with various appliances for home cooking.
- 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs
- We have a crib and an extra bed in storage for guest convenience. Let us know if you need them. There is a $25 and $30 fee
-Baby bath and high chair are available upon request (free)
- Workspaces both upstairs and downstairs
- Xbox Series X, Super Nintendo, Nintendo Switch 2 and an Xbox One featuring a large game library.
- Well-stocked coffee and tea stations for your enjoyment.
- Extensive collection of board games and puzzles.
- A large library of books.
- Modern appliances: fridges, stoves, dishwashers, washer, and dryer.
- Thermostat for central heat and air.
- High-speed reliable wifi.
- BBQ, patio furniture, and a hammock for outdoor enjoyment.
- Enjoy a meticulously clean and safe environment for you and your family.
-The pool and splash park are open from early June to early September
No one will be at the house except for you and your group. You will have it entirely to yourself.
Nestled in the Mountainside neighborhood of Burlington, it’s quiet, safe and family-friendly with lots to do.
The neighbourhood has a serene ambiance with Mountainside Park just across the street, providing a beautiful forest and nature trail for leisurely walks.
It also features the Mountainside Recreation Centre, boasting a massive swimming pool and waterpark. There’s many restaurants, a movie theatre and an escape room all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the location and quiet surroundings. Our welcome book will ensure that you don’t miss anything!
Our home is centrally located in Burlington, in a perfect central location to visit downtown Toronto and Niagra Falls!
There’s quick access to all major highways and it’s an easy walk to restaurants, activities and shopping in the area. If you’re heading to Toronto or Niagra Falls, the GO Station has regular inexpensive trains and is just a 5 minute drive away.
There is parking for 6 cars. There are two separate driveways and each can park 3 cars.
-The pool and splash park are open from early June to early September
House Rules:
1. No parties or large gatherings
2. Please remove your shoes
3. No smoking inside
4. No pets
5. Please be careful with our white oak floors, avoid spills/ scratches
6. Local government regulations require that guest`s provide their home address and agree to the house and neighbourhood rules prior to arrival.
Failing to agree to or follow the house rules can result in your reservation being cancelled without refund.
SNOW AND ICE:
Our cleaners shovel as part of the preparations for your arrival.
In case of snowfall or ice during your stay, we do not provide snow removal service
-A shovel is outside by the front and back door for your convenience.
-If the walkway gets slippery, we have sand and a scoop in a bin by the door.
-By booking, you understand that you will need to manage snow and ice during your stay. We assume no liability for slips and falls,
