Caribbean Queen Waterfront Villa & Private Dock

Welcome to Caribbean Queen, a beautiful waterfront villa on the private island directly behind Resorts World Bimini in Bimini Bay, North Bimini. It has 4,695 sq ft of air-conditioned living space, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on a single level, and sleeps up to 15 guests. A 100' private dock, direct ocean access and a golf cart are included. Your Bimini Bay Association wristband gives you access to Resorts World Bimini amenities, and the casino is an easy walk away. Pets are welcome.

THE SPACE
Bedroom 1 (master) has a king bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a single bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a single bed. Bedroom 4 (guest suite) has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The living room has 2 sofa beds. The bedrooms come with cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades. The bathrooms include a bathtub, a bidet, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

The private living room has a TV, a sound system, ceiling fans, books, board games, arcade games and a game console. The home also has central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, an ethernet connection and a safe. The full kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, kettle, blender, bread maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. There's also a kitchenette and a dining table. Laundry includes a washer, dryer, drying rack and iron.

Outside, the private backyard and patio have outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ grill and barbecue utensils, with views of the canal and the marina.

THE DOCK
The 100' private dock includes a private boat slip with up to a 7.5 ft draft. Shore power is 50A and 30A at 110/120V.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the entire villa, the private entrance, the backyard and the dock to yourselves, along with the golf cart and free parking on the premises. Through the Bimini Bay Association wristband, guests also get access to the Private Island and Resorts World Bimini amenities, including the shared pool, the shared hot tub and a nearby gym. To get your wristband, go to the Bimini Bay Association Office, located directly behind Sue & Joy's in Fisherman's Village.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The casino and its nightlife are an easy walk away, and turquoise water and world-class fishing are right at your doorstep. Bimini Bay Marina is close by. Rainbow Reef and the Stones of Atlantis Dive Site are great for snorkeling and diving, and Alice Town Beach and Alice Town are also worth exploring. For local food, try Joe's Conch Shack, Stuart's Conch Stand, Healing Hole Bar, Bimini Hideaway and Bimini Big John's.

GETTING AROUND
Coming by land, Caribbean Queen is the first house on your left over the bridge, past the guard gate. Coming by water, it's the first home just north of the bridge. Use the golf cart to get around Bimini Bay and Resorts World. North Bimini Island's seaplane base (NSB, North Seaplane Base) is about an 11-minute drive.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is before 12:00 PM. A $375 cleaning fee applies to each stay. Pets are allowed, and long-term stays are welcome. Please do not put toilet paper or feminine hygiene products in the toilets. Everything in the home is cataloged. Please don't remove any items, or charges will apply. Broken items or excessive cleaning will be billed to guests. Please don't throw trash or cigarette butts on the exterior floors. The home has smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a first aid kit.
