I’m really glad to hear you found the house clean and comfortable, we work hard to make sure it feels like a home away from home. And yes, the location is definitely one of our favorite things about the property, being close to Mountain Creek, Warwick’s orchards, and local spots like Penning’s really makes it easy to enjoy a full weekend without having to go far. Thanks also for mentioning the driveway, it does have a bit of a slope, especially in the winter months, so we always recommend guests take it slow and consider carpooling when possible. While many guests enjoy the convenience of nearby amenities, we understand that privacy can be subjective, and we will review our description for clarity. Regarding the toilet, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our records indicate it was clogged due to excessive toilet paper use, which caused the issue. We did offer assistance, though we understand your frustration with the delay in resolution, especially on a weekend. We will work on improving communication around maintenance availability. As for the internet, it appears that the ethernet cable was accidentally damaged during your stay from resetting the box multiple times. We’ve since fixed this issue and will ensure clearer instructions on managing the Wi-Fi for future guests. We also appreciate your note about the house manual and will ensure one is readily available going forward. We value your feedback and will use it to improve the experience for future guests.
