Hi Timothy, Thank you for taking the time to leave your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the place clean and the beds comfortable—that’s always a top priority for us! We do want to acknowledge the concerns you mentioned and truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention. While the home does have a window AC unit, we understand that central air would be more convenient, and we’ll be exploring options to improve overall comfort during warmer months. We also understand the importance of accessibility, especially for older guests. The layout of this home, with its original staircase and basement-level shower, can present challenges for those with mobility concerns. We’ll be updating our listing to better reflect that for future guests and are also looking into possible safety improvements such as extending handrails. Regarding the kitchen and seating suggestions—we hear you. We’ve already added some additional utensils and will be adding more folding chairs soon to better accommodate larger groups. We’re always working to improve our properties, and your input plays a big part in that. While we’re sorry to hear you wouldn’t stay again under the current setup, we hope you’ll keep an eye on our future updates as we continue to grow and improve.
