Located in the center of Provincetown's West End district, this condo is one block to Commercial Street, minutes away from Provincetown's vibrant bustle, yet also secluded and quiet, facing bamboo groves and blue sky. It's an easy walk to all vacation conveniences - shops, restaurants, cafes, laundry, grocery stores, harbor beaches and afternoon tea dances at the boat slip. Comes with 2-car parking, a Tesla Charger, and a spacious patio with a gas grill. The condo is small but cozy, featuring two bedrooms with full sized beds with Purple Mattresses, an efficient galley kitchen with updated appliances, living room, and bathroom. The condo is air conditioned by a Fujitsu Mini-Split in the Living Room.

No smoking indoors and no pets.

We had an amazing 2-week stay here! The location was perfect and the condo had everything we needed. It was sad to leave but I would definitely recommend it!!

Great little spot

The apartment is nicely appointed . Be warned: it’s small. I knew that coming in, so there was no surprise. Location is ideal. Decor is nicely nautically done and though the galley kitchen is tight , it has everything you will need. The back patio space is lovely and is a great asset to the rental. I would stay again… warning: if you’re a light sleeper, you may have trouble… our upstairs neighbors had 2 large dogs and they were loud: often. That said: it’s a wonderful rental.

Too Small

No cancelation permitted so once we realized just how small it was after booking it, we were stuck. The decor had a very masculine theme, it was difficult initially to find the hidden driveway and the driveway itself was narrow and difficult to navigate. A phone message left with Kevin was never responded to. We would not stay there in the future.

Fabulous time

A great, cozy, and affordable ptown home base. Perfect walking distance to everything. Great outdoor area.

Great time at Shank Painter condo!

The condo at Shank Painter was just perfect for us. It's in an excellent location - basically just a 1 block walk to The Boatslip Resort. The unit was very clean with a great shower, nice sized living room area and comfortable beds. There is also a very nice outdoor patio, although we were not able to use it due to cool weather. I would stay here again in a second!

Quaint Cape Getaway Near Everything

My family stayed at Kevin's place for Family Week this year and it was a perfect fit. Having the secluded back patio for our toddler to play and the charming 2 bedroom gave us enough room to relax and not worry about running up and down stairs. The bedrooms had nice full beds with closets for storage and having a washer/dryer made our lives easier. While the kitchen is on the small side it was fully equipped to made great meals to enjoy on the patio. Close to everything- Provincetown House of Pizza should name a pizza after us- we could easily walk to any adventure. Kevin was super responsive to any question or need. Perfect for a small family or two couples get-a-way.

Cute & Cozy

Although it was a very little space, we had everything we needed. The house was well equipped from cooking supplies to towels and everything in between. Two couples was a fairly snug fit, but I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a spot just steps from downtown (and the boatslip!) Kevin is great- very attentive and lovely to work with. We had a great weekend!

Perfect Getaway!

I absolutely adored this condo! We went for a couple's weekend, first time going to Ptown. We all had such a good time and would absolutely rent this condo again! The owner was very pleasant to speak with. There is a charming patio with grill, we ate breakfast out here both days. Very peaceful! Inside has a beautiful newly updated kitchen. Very comfy couch in the living room and a nice flat screen. There were two bedrooms, one for each couple. Everyone slept great! There is one bathroom that worked out just fine for all of us, strong water pressure in the shower, I love that! The entire condo was very, very clean. There was room to park our cars on the side of the condo. The condo is decorated perfectly with a lovely by the beach theme. We also loved we could walk downtown from the condo in about 5 minutes! The side streets have such pretty homes we loved picking different streets to walk on. There are so many shops and restaurants to explore. Great food and great people! We caught one show one night, very entertaining! We all had such a wonderful relaxing time, we can't wait to return and will absolutely be renting this condo again!

Highly Recommended!

I have stayed at this Condo a couple of times now. Talk about convenience! The condo is about as close to everything as you could ask. It is a short walk to the downtown shops and evening nightlife. The condo itself is very clean and is great for 2-4 adults. It has a brand new kitchen with modern appliances. Probably the best feature is the very private outdoor area where you can sit and relax while you are waiting for dinner on the gas grill. Highly recommended!!
