Endless Horizons is so fitting for this extraordinary property. With 2 expansive decks facing the beach, as far as you can see the horizons are endless! Uniquely positioned directly on the beach with no houses on either side and no thru traffic, this house offers a true getaway with the best of amenities. Fresh, new, and well equipped, nothing has been forgotten, including beach towels, bicycles, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and water toys. A main spacious deck that everyone can lounge on is on the main floor. Upstairs is another spacious deck for early morning coffee drinking just outside the upstairs master bedroom.
There is easy access to the beach by foot, golfcart or motor vehicle. Walking is a breeze, but if you choose to drive then a 96-yard trip down a semi-private road will put you on the beach in your car or golfcart.
Beach cart rental at “It’s a Beach Thing” is located just around the corner, 150 yards from the driveway, so you can book your home and reserve your golf cart on the same day.
The lot directly next to the house is set aside and available to put up a volleyball or badminton set, or to provide additional parking for the home. The driveway can hold 5 or more cars and the adjacent lot can handle an additional 12 or more.

There are two decks overlooking the beach which run the full length of the home. The upper deck is 8 feet wide, providing private access to two of the main suites, and the lower deck is 12 feet wide with access to the living room. This makes the lower deck a half sun/half shade deck…allowing you to choose which you like. This deck also sports a 6 person hot tub for you to enjoy as you watch the tide roll in .

This luxurious home is a vacation dream with an enormous open concept living and kitchen area, with a giant 14-foot custom dining table that makes room for everyone to enjoy mealtime, game time, and coffee time! It provides seating for 16 at dinner ( Five additional seats are available at the kitchen island) OR a good vantage point to watch the game on the 85-inch TV in the living room. The chef's kitchen is well stocked with every cooking amenity you can think of. It has 2 refrigerators, a gas range, microwave, crockpots, cookware, plenty of plates, utensils, children's dinnerware.... If you decide to prepare meals on the very large food prep area, you will find that in this kitchen… you will be cooking with gas. And if you spill something on your clothes, there are two washers and two dryers upstairs.
Avoid the morning coffee crunch with coffee makers in the kitchen, the coffee station upstairs, or the separate wet bar/ coffee-tea bar downstairs (all fully equipped).
In addition to the 2 ice makers located in the 2 kitchen refrigerators, there is also a beverage fridge and sonic icemaker at the separate wet bar.
Extra touches such as a couple’s shower in one of the suites, a gas fire pit (ready with the flick of a lighter), a multi-themed classic arcade video game console in the bunk room, an extra-large master suite with a 75 inch TV, will make your time at the beach feel exclusively pampered.


The fully covered cargo lift is available for use by the guests upon signing a comprehensive and detailed waiver, and the yard is completely fenced in.
Designed and equipped to provide a wide range of experiences, from couple’s retreats, romantic getaways, or large family outings; this home is also available for special events such as weddings, family reunions, etc.

With 2 master bedroom ensuites with King beds, a master with a king and a twin day bed with twin trundle, a queen bunk room with 2 q/q bunks, a queen room with two queen beds, this house is ready for your group and all you need to bring is your clothes! The sleeping areas are all comfy and inviting with updated decor. Each bedroom has a tv and a private bath.

We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
There is an outdoor gas fire pit.
There are both types of coffee pots available.
Events, max 30 guests, are allowed with prior approval. Prom groups are allowed, max 20 guests, 3 of the guests must be parents staying on the property. There will be an additional, non-refundable event fee of $1000, this will need to be added after booking. Please contact us for approval before booking.
Pets allowed, max 2 dogs ONLY, pet fee is $200, may need to be added after booking.
Must be 25 yrs. old to book.
There is parking available in the driveway for up to 5 vehicles. There is extra parking on the side lot of the property.
We will have beach towels available.

As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
