-The house has 3 bedrooms.
-The master bedroom on the first floor with a king-size bed and a 55" Roku smart TV. The master bathroom offers a tranquil retreat with a tub, rain shower, and dual sinks.
-The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom includes a king-size bed, and second bedroom has 3 full-size beds. The second floor shares a bathroom with a shower and 2 double sinks.
-The bathroom with a washer and dryer is on the first floor.

The family room features 55" Roku smart TV with seating for 7 people. The connected dining area offers seating for six, while the breakfast bar provides additional seating for three.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing delicious meals, from a waffle maker and breakfast sandwich maker to essential cookware and utensils. The coffee area caters to caffeine enthusiasts with a coffee maker, Keurig, espresso maker, electric kettle, and even a shaved ice maker for refreshing treats. Countertop ice maker for your convenience is available as well.

Parking is available on the driveway, no parking allowed on a grass both front or back yard. The outdoor cameras on the driveway and garage are for your safety and security and the home features a smart lock for convenient and smooth check-in. All cameras are outside and are not monitored and only viewed if there is an incident at the property.

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY, DUE TO FIRE RISK IN THE WOODS.
The house is situated in a wooded, natural setting. To prevent unwanted visitors like ants, flies, mosquitoes, and mice, please keep the doors and windows closed.
We provide enough toiletries to get you started, as well as laundry supplies for a few loads. Any additional items will be the guest’s responsibility.
The hot tub ad sauna is available year-round.
