Our goal is to give you complete privacy while you enjoy your vacation, but we are located in South Beach and will happily help in case our attention is needed to enhance your stay.
All of South Beach is right at your doorstep in the best location to stay, our apartment right on Ocean Drive! The entrance to the spectacular, white sand beach with crystal blue water is right across the street, and you will be situated among all of the amazing food, nightlife, shopping, culture and people watching that South Beach has to offer.
Start your day with coffee & breakfast at any of the many cafes within a few blocks of your condo, spend the day sunbathing, swimming, paddle-boarding and snorkeling on South Beach. Relax with a late lunch and take a tour of the beautiful architecture in the Art Deco Historic District, while stopping to shop at Lincoln mall and exploring the vibrant shopping and dining streets of Lincoln Road, Washington Avenue, Espanola Way and Collings Avenues. Visit the Versace mansion and for the more adventurous, take a peek in the famous World Erotic Art Museum.
South Beach is home to the best food in Miami and a world-renowned nightlife scene. Evenings can be spent watching the sunset from a rooftop bar, discovering world-class dining and exploring the hottest club scene. Visit The Setai, Shore Club, Delano, and The Cleveland among others for soaking up the atmosphere and watching the beautiful people.
For your convenience, we are also located across the street from Starbucks, Haggen-Daz and many cafes plus shops to browse at the Shoppes at Il Villagio. Within a few blocks of our unit are markets, drug stores, car rental locations and a cigar shop.
You are right in the middle of and within walking distance and public transportation to all South Beach Attractions, so staying at this location you really do not need or want a car at all (though you may want to rent a Lamborghini or Ferrari for some extra South Beach Fun). • One of the easiest ways to get around South Beach is to use the Freebee electric car service. It works similarly to Uber, but is free! Download the Ride Freebee app or visit their website ridefreebee to get more information. • CityBike Bicycle rental stations are located right across from your condo and are also a great way to see the sites. • You will not need a car to explore South Beach, but if you want to venture out of the heart of the district, Uber is probably the easiest solution. • Public buses run conveniently along Washington Avenue. The South Beach Local rides around the beach for only 25 cents.
• TO/FROM THE AIRPORT: Take the tram from the terminal to the Miami Station. Take the 150 Airport Flyer Express bus to The Washington Ave & Lincoln Road stop. The cost is a few dollars and runs about every 20 minutes. Super Shuttle and Taxi’s are also available at the airport.
PARKING: The building does not have parking on-site, but there is street parking available for $4 per hour and the closest parking garage is at 1451 Ocean Drive, right across the street. There are additional garages within a couple of blocks with the next closest at 1501 Collins Ave #101. Parking prices vary, but expect to spend $25 or more per day.
*Ocean Drive is a very active tourist destination, so expect noise from surrounding clubs and restaurants. This condo is perfect for those who want to be in the middle of the action, and may not be ideal for those looking for a quiet stay.*
*We fumigate for bugs monthly, but being that we are located by the ocean, it is common for small bugs to get inside the units. We take this very seriously, but cannot expect perfection.*

Street parking is $4 per hour and monitored 24 hours, but please be extra careful to NOT park in "tow away zones" as Miami Beach is very aggressive at towing cars from tow away zones.
Street Meter Parking: if the meter is not paid a parking ticket is about $30-$40 but they will not tow you as long as not in "tow away zone". Great Spring Break Vacation!!
The Property I found on VRBO was the perfect location! Right in the heart ❤️ 💙 of South Beach!! Restaurants and shopping just a few steps away!! Our Property manager Walter was AWESOME!! Check in and Out was very smooth and easy!!! I'd recommend this property to anyone!! Building a little outdated but the condo was updated and modernized on the inside! ****1/2 stars!!

Needs TLC
Check in process was great and easy through their online portal. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The area and location is fantastic for shops, restaurants and the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better convenient location. If you have young children or want to get to sleep early be aware of all the sights and sounds from the boardwalk. Overall the place has everything you need and more. However the place needs some upkeep. Lights aren’t working, fan isn’t working, there was no hot water in the showers and the beds are very uncomfortable. Last but not least over a two night stay we encountered three cockroaches in the unit.And couldn’t pinpoint where they originated from. Avoid for the price paid.

It worked…
This place has a beautiful location!!! However parking is not close and it is paid parking, minimum $20/day. The gated entry is just for looks. The front gate never locked and people were in and out freely. The property itself needs a little TLC. There are openings around the door that really should be fixed. There was a nail sticking out of the flooring in the middle of a high traffic area. We placed a pot over it to keep anyone else from being jabbed. The smoke detector was MIA, and the wires were just hanging. At night the light from around the door, windows, and stove could not be turned off and left the room pretty well lit while we tried to sleep. The fact that you could hear everything going on outside didn’t help much either.
The apartment itself was clean and in a very convenient location, but we would not return.
