Modern one bedroom apartment just opposite Melbourne's iconic Etihad Stadium & Southern Cross Station. Perch on above 30+ floors with stunning views right on your balcony and bedroom!

The Space
This modern apartment is set in the best location to enjoy all Melbourne has to offer. Uninterrupted stunning views to west of CBD, Docklands and Southern Cross Station. The apartment is filled with abundance of natural light. Enjoy the convenient Melbourne CBD living style with shops and cafes across the road. There is even a Coles Supermarket and a Asian Grocery shop just across the road. Tramlines are at your doorstep. The free city circle tram is just a 4 minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll will bring you to the Docklands, Crown Casino and Entertainment Centre and South Wharf DFO.

The apartment is just opposite the Southern Cross Station which the Skybus terminal is located. So getting to/from the Melbourne airport via the Skybus is really easy!

You will be met in person and given a brief intro to the building and the whereabouts to visit in Melbourne.

Early/Late Check In/Out?
I know how travelling is like. If there is a need for early/late check in/out. Please contact me with your request and I will try my best to accommodate you to your schedule.

Check-in after 6pm do attracts a late fees ranging from A$12-A$50. Enquire within for details.

Getting to the apartment is easy. Just take the Skybus from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station. The building is just opposite the Southern Cross Station.

Getting Around
The Etihad Stadium, the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex and Docklands are all within walking distance.

The tram is just at your doorstep or the free City Circle Tram is just 3 minutes stroll away.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We stayed in Daniel's apartment 5 nights in Feb 2019. The view is amazing. The apartment has everything you need. Perhaps another set of bath towels would be nice. Easy to take the Skybus from the airport. Close to many restaurants and the free trams. Great place to stay in Melbourne.

Hi, Daniel was very welcoming and helpful. Apartment was clean and good location. Parking secure Only some minor faults, should have a couple of pegs behind bathroom door to hang towels as towel rack small and not secure on the wall a screw was missing. There should be a convenient place to leave the key eg. front desk or a letter box to leave key. When you have own car you are required the have the keys to scan in order to get out of the building then you have to run the keys back up to the apartment. The traffic is very busy in Lonsdale and Spencer street so until you get back to the car my husband had to keep circulating around until I got back. We were not familiar with the area so was a little stressful for us. We have stayed at several apartments in Melbourne over the last 20 years and all have had secure parking under the apartments and as you leave the building the roller doors go up but you need to scan as you come in and we had in all apartments a letter box with our apartment number to leave the keys in when we vacated the apartment. It is the only minor thing I think could be improved on to help visitors with cars. Overall we were happy with the apartment and would like to thank Daniel. regards Cathy

We stayed five nights in this lovely apartment. The apartment is clean and modern and has everything you need. It was really neat to sleep high in the sky with such a nice view, and watching the sunsets from the apartment was a treat. The apartment is very close to the train station and bus terminal, restaurants, a couple of grocery stores and the free tram. It's also close to the Melbourne City Marina in Docklands, which is just lovely and is a great place to escape to if you're looking for a break from the crowds of the central business district of Melbourne. Since we had already been traveling for three weeks by the time we arrived in Melbourne, we were very grateful to have a washing machine in the apartment. We appreciate that our deposit was immediately refunded within a couple days.

Very responsive, eager to be of help, provides extensive information, and goes out of his way to find us when we arrived. I'd give him 6 stars for everything, but I'm limited to 5.

Stayed 5 nights at Daniel’s one bedroom apartment in November. The location of the apartment is perfect and within easy reach of tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean. Daniel is attentive and a wonderful host. I have no hesitation to re-book this apartment on my next visit to Melbourne.

My wife and I spent 10 days in this apartment and it was great. The location across from Southern Cross station is fantastic if travelling by bus,train or plane. We arrived at 11pm from the airport and Daniel arranged a pickup point in the bus station and it worked perfectly. Apartment was clean and well equipped. We would highly recommend this unit. Etihad stadium across the street if you want to take in a footy game, we did it was fun. Traveller from Canada

I had downloaded something he sent with rules of apartment. After explaining this and my being older and not completely computer savvy he sent on my phone to download . That was useless due to my phone data. After all toing and froing he sent details needed. I did not find travel mob very user friendly at all. The apartment is great . Across road from where bus gets in . Walk everywhere or free trams in city pass front. Views of a night beautiful. Everything in unit good clean etc . The lift can be time consuming at peak hour (a lot of coming and going ) All in all value for money and Daniel when we met him most helpful. You would do not much better value for money wise in the city. Annette

Ideal location - immaculate apartment that has everything you might possibly need during your stay. We enjoyed the place, more than the experience, though. Unfortunately, the cleaner threw out our entire bag of well-marked prescription medications, which we left behind in our rush to get to the airport for our early morning flight. We notified Daniel as soon as we discovered what had happened, and he immediately got in touch with his cleaner and tried to rectify the situation. There was NO possible way that the clear plastic bag of pill bottles could have been misconstrued as "rubbish". The cleaner made a huge mistake in not consulting with the property manager of the property, before discarding them - thus putting the manager in an awkward situation and my husband's life at great risk (his heart medication needs to be taken daily). Adding insult to injury, we were told that it was completely our fault - we disagree. We made a mistake in leaving it behind; however, the cleaner chose to compound our error by his/her irresponsible action. The apology did not suffice. No monetary compensation, to replace these drugs, was offered. The situation was not handled professionally, responsibly, or respectfully. Only stay here, if you have nothing to lose. We will likely not use travelmob or HomeAway in the future - we definitely will explore other options, when we travel and want to stay in apartments, rather than hotels, in cities.
