The check out time of 10 AM was posted on the VRBO site, as well as on the refrigerator. I communicated to you, the booker, through the VRBO app and called the number on the reservation, as well as left a voice mail. Your son and girlfriend didn’t leave until 11:30. We would have gladly accommodated a later check out had it been requested. The pet fee is $35. We do except pets on the property but a pet was not included in the reservation that was booked. The additional $15 was for the hour and a half late check out. The fee still has not been paid. We have never had to call the police before but felt that was the best thing to do since there was no response to the various communications.
