We were so pleased with our stay here! The house layout is perfect for a family of 8, the 3 bedrooms upstairs still have room in the loft to gather and play cards! The kitchen is spacious and so accommodating for storage and cooking! We were here for 5 days for our annual bourbon tour, close enough to all the distilleries we went to, plenty of parking space! The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities. We'll hope to stay here again!

Incredible property! Clean, well maintained, welcoming beautiful setting! Every detail taken care of. The hot tub was very relaxing after a day of checking out the bourbon trail. Beds were comfortable, coffee bar was wonderful!

Awesome stay on the bourbon trail

Beautiful property within the foothills of Kentucky. We really enjoyed sitting around the outdoor fire pit enjoying our bourbon. The home is very clean, and centrally located among several distilleries. A great find.

Fabulous house for couples.

Super clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and loved that it was dog friendly. Recently renovated. Minor drawback was the curvy roads and long drive to get to the home.

A Family Thanksgiving

This home is well appointed and met our needs for a wonderful family gathering from several states. The beds are very comfortable. It is located a ways in the hilly countryside where deer wander through the yard in early morning.

The house is beautiful and the area very petty. This was our first time to Kentucky. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again. The description of the property is spot on. I highly recommend.

Perfect Bourbon trail retreat

Well appointed, clean, spacious home in a good location. Very comfy beds. And like new condition. Lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. The Front porch was nice to relax on after a full day of visiting the distilleries. Would definitely rent again.

Relaxing Retreat

I stayed here with my family for my graduation from UK. Location was convenient (my brother and sister visited Buffalo Trace every day). We had plenty of room, the house was stocked with everything we needed, very clean and comfy. Thank you for a wonderful memory!

Check-in was simple, and communication with the owner couldnā€™t have been betterā€”her responses were always quick and helpful. The property is beautiful, with plenty of parking in a peaceful rural setting. Inside, the home feels brand new, with a stunning open layout thatā€™s both spacious and inviting. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and nicely done.What stood out most was how thoughtfully the home was prepared for guests. Travel-sistersā€™ Getaway

This property is just as pictured in the listing, although with some of the pictures, we expected to be further off the road and more secluded. However, it was not an issue with us once we settled in. The host responded to us very quickly when we needed more paper supplies. The Bourbon Hill Retreat has all the amenities to make for a comfortable home base while you explore the many distilleries in the area.

Peaceful retreat

We loved the house. Everything was spotless and very new. We were able to make use of the living spaces for family games and movies. We came to go to several distilleries in the area. It was a little off the beaten path but a nice central location. They thought of everything at Bourbon Hill! Would recommend.

Family trip

The house is beautiful and lots of room inside and out. Comfy beds. All the amenities of home. You can even get door dash delivered. Would have liked to use the hot tub which was a factor in the booking, however the weather was not very accommodating (lol). Be prepaired to drive a good distance to get to interstates.(lol). However I would definitely stay here again!!! The host was very quick to answer any questions prior to check-in.
