Our unit is self-managed and not part of the onsite-rental program. This allows us to provide a more affordable stay for our guests.

No trailers, golf carts, campers, boats or jet skis are allowed on the building premise.

Guest WILL NOT have access to the following:

x Game room (There are nearby arcades off-site)

x Guest laundry - Although some guests have said they were able to use it we can't advertise it.
(However, download the Poplin app to schedule your laundry services (free pickup & delivery). We can also provide a phone number for senior citizens)

Guests are not permitted a towel exchange with the on-site laundry services, and any linens or towels that are lost will be the guests' responsibility to replace.

**We will provide you with guest bracelets upon arrival, which must be worn in all pool areas at all times**

Other things to note
Water, Water Everywhere at Caribbean Resort! Even in the winter, there are multiple indoor pools and hot tubs for you to enjoy!! With an average temperature of 70 degrees, where can you go wrong?

No doubt the kids’ first stop will be the oceanfront water park, where they can slip and slide on the Pirate’s Plunge Waterslide. When and if they’re tuckered out from that, they can take a gentle float down the lazy river. Even the parents might want to join in that!

And don’t forget about the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and relaxing pool deck, the perfect place to soak up your dose of Vitamin D.

Just in case Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate, not to worry. All this fun is available in indoor versions, too!

What’s the other favorite activity on vacation? Eating, of course! And, oh, there are so many options for that, all either right at the resort or in easy walking distance. From Ben & Jerry’s to Starbucks to the tried-and-true Sea Captain’s House restaurant just next door, we’ve got you covered!

Adjacent to the water park is the Sea Captain's House Restaurant and Bar which is Renowned throughout the southeast for its SUPERB FOOD, Service and Atmosphere. They even have an outside dining area if you are in your swimsuit. Serving three meals daily!!! (call to ahead to make sure they are open)

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, Caribbean Resort management is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or on the balcony! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ Pest Control ★
The HOA provides pest control and every unit is sprayed once a month. Days are subject to change. Denial to the unit is subject to a fine.
