Pets are welcome for a $100 fee for the first two pets. A third pet is an additional $50, paid through the booking platform. Guests are required to clean up after pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet waste or pet-related messes are left behind.

## Important Details

This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors. Parties, events, loud music, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Per City of Henderson rules, backyard lights must be turned off during quiet hours.

Maximum occupancy is 12 adults and children. Infants do not count toward the maximum. No additional visitors are allowed inside or outside the home if they exceed the occupancy limit.

## Pool & Spa Heating

Pool and spa heating are optional and cost **$5 per hour**. This rate applies whether you are heating the pool, heating the spa, or keeping either one warm after it reaches temperature.

The spa takes about **1 hour** to heat. The pool takes about **16 hours** to fully heat. Heating instructions will be sent separately before your stay.

## Check-In & Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking schedule. Please reach out at least 48 hours before arrival to request it.

## House Rules

By booking, guests agree to all house rules:

* No smoking inside the property. Evidence of smoking may result in a fine for deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
* No parties or events.
* Henderson quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
* Guests may still use the outdoor space during quiet hours, but noise must remain at a normal conversation level.
* Towels and washcloths should not be used for makeup removal or cleaning.
* Guests should not wash comforters or duvet inserts.
* Guests must keep linens and towels in good condition.
* Maximum occupancy is 12 adults and children, excluding infants.
