We periodically have furniture cleaned or replaced and we have forwarded your feedback to the property manager to share with the owner. We agree that the additional security is a great idea. During periods of high occupancy it is important for the safety and comfort of all guests that all common areas, especially the pool area be kept clean and free of unnecessary or discarded items. If you had contacted us as soon as you realized your items were missing we might have been able to locate them for you as most items are not immediately thrown away. Thank you for taking time to let us know about your recent stay at Mediterrannea. We agree that this property is one of the nicest on the Scenic Highway and is always one of the first to sell out. We apologize if you felt that this particular unit did not measure up to your standards. The Property Manager has been made aware of your comments and will no doubt share them with the owner.
