Comfortable 2BR - 1.5 Blocks to Beach, Boardwalk, Convention Center!

Newly remodeled condo 1.5 blocks to the convention center, boardwalk and beach! This 2bed/1bath condo is on the ground floor and has a spacious front porch for relaxing. Enjoy the two smart TVs, eat-in kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Park your car (free street parking) and forget about it - this condo is a short walk to all you need for a perfect stay at the shore, including restaurants/bars (Mudhen, Copper Dog, Dogtooth, Poppi's Uncle Bill's, Duffers, etc.), mini golf, a playground, small grocery, and ice cream. The beach entrance closest to this condo has a longer than usual walkway across the sand (perfect for wagons/strollers/beach carts), making it easy to get down to the water! Additionally, we have a few amenities that make it perfect for families, including black out shades so everyone can have a good rest, pack-n-play, wagon & beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas for your use. Most renters find that our home is most comfortable with a maximum of 4 adults/older teens.

Please note: this is our personal vacation home and we pride ourselves on being good neighbors - treat our space and the common areas as you would your own home. We do not allow smoking on property, and there are motion-activated security cameras in the back yard (pointed at the storage sheds).

Linens (towels and sheets) are not provided. We can add these to your rental for $25 per bed, or you can use a linen rental service (there are many on the island!) We do have pillows, duvets, extra blankets, and dishtowels.

Terrific stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Wildwood. We loved the thoughtful touches like the wagon and beach chairs. Everything was as described and a great location. We would happily stay here again!

We loved this space and its location to the beach and the boards. The space had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Thank you for a lovely stay. Our favorite was sitting out on the front porch after a beautiful day on the beach enjoying cocktail hour before heading out for a night on the boards.

Great Time!

The place had everything we needed and very clean! We loved the front porch the most and met the cutest neighbors! We also enjoyed all the great restaurants in walking distance!

Great Family Vacation

Condo was very clean and great for our family. Located in walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. There is a parking area next to the building which was great. The host was very responsive when we had any questions. We had a great time!

Weekend trip!

The property is very clean and well kept. A little smaller than I thought but was perfectly fine for us for the weekend. Close to the playground/park/restaurants and convention center/boards/beach. We didn’t have to drive the whole time, which was nice. We did have a minor issue with a faulty smoke alarm, however, Nancy (owner) was quick to have the property manager come by to replace the alarm and all was well. Otherwise, we had a great stay! We would stay again and recommend to others.

Great for families!

The property was very clean and well located. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. Games and beach toys were a great added touch. The host was wonderful and had some great suggestions for family activities and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful, clean place

This place was very clean, close to everything (we barely used our car). The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and always answered all our questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Competition Weekend Comfort

We were in the area for a weekend competition at the convention center. This was easy access and had everything we needed to relax and get away from the action when needed. Very clean place and host gave us all the detailed information we needed for easy check-in/out and a great stay.

Very nice stay and great location

Myself, two teens, and a 10 year old had enough space in this unit. Kids loved it as well. Everything was clean and worked properly. The porch was so nice to sit outside as well. Two blocks from the beach, it had everything we needed at a great price. Booked last minute and had no issues at all.

Long weekend

We had a great stay! The unit was perfect for our needs. Everything that we wanted was in walking distance as we were primarily there for an event at the convention center. My daughter loved the puzzles in the living room. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Good choice!

Clean, smells good, easy parking, near the beachand boardwalk, beach accessoiries included, communication easy with Nancy. Balcony in front very convenient. In the kitchen, adding a cutting board and an oven tray. and in the bathroom, adding a fan to extract humidity would be good ideas.

Great Condo. Great Location.

Great little shotgun style condo. We were just in for a weekend for a dance competition so we didn't take advantage of all the amenities. But overall everything was clean. Location is great being just a block and half from the boardwalk and convention center. No real need to drive anywhere as most things in walking distance.Host provided relevant updates and was super responsive to messaging before and during the stay.Only issue we had was the main bedroom mattress was foam which doesn't work well for our family. But easily solved as one of us used the sleeper in the living room. Just make sure you have eye blinders if sleeping out there as front windows aren't room darkening like the other bedrooms. But who really sleeps in at the shore?!?!? :-)

Comfort

This was a planned family vacation but weeks before i lost my husband unexpectedly. I still decided to take my children to get away from reality and im grateful i did. This place gave all the comfort we needed without added stress. Beds were comfy, location great, not a noisy area and owner communication was very quick and responsive. Only issue i had staying here was the owner at the pizza place across the street wanting to yell at me( and yes yell at me instead of talking to me like an adult!) for parking in a "free parking spot" that i guess he decided to claim was his, which is not. And the mexican restaurant to the right took up the two parking spaces right in front of this location with one car till another worker showed up every day and then they move their car so other worker can have other parking space... every day they did this! This is no fault of the owner of this condo and i appreciate them trying to apologize on other peoples greed. Besides that this getaway was just what i needed for my children to smile a little while missing their daddy. Definitely would stay here again

We love how walkable this part of Wildwood is. Whether you're looking for family-friendly activities or a great dinner and night out, this is the place to be. When our family visits we park our car and never get in it until we leave; there's dozens of restaurants, a mini-golf and ice cream store on the same block, and the boards and beach are a short walk away. Our son loves to hit the playground on the next street over, and we enjoy relaxing on the front porch after the kids are in bed.
