The adjoining dining room offers views of nature, and also features a very practical and elegant bar cart area.



A huge adjacent terrace is the ideal place for meals with family or friends, surrounded by greenery!



The functional and bright kitchen will stimulate your creativity and you can play chef for a day, according to your desires!



A café/service area, flirting with the immense lunch counter, will become your point of reference after a day of outdoor activities.



A little further up the floor, the master bedroom (queen bed) and a full bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub ensure beautiful privacy.



The basement houses a large family room with a lounge area (equipped with a sofa bed), pool/ping-pong table, table football and board games, creating an ideal cocoon for festive evenings or moments of relaxation.



Two further bedrooms with queen-size beds (one of which includes a work area) and a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer area complete the layout.



Note that the house benefits from 3.0 Gigabyte Fibe Internet, cable television including Crave, HBO and Super Écran.



Outside, we invite you to enjoy the private spa which includes 6 places, the fire pit area and the vast grounds.
