House Rules:

(1) Please respect the cabin as if it were your own and still have lots of fun & enjoy.

(2) No parties or events.

(3) Only registered guests are allowed.

(4) No smoking.

(5) Please do not use the premises for any illegal activity.

(6) Please use common sense, hosts are not liable for any incidents or accidents that occur on property.

(7) Parents with children are responsible for them inside and outside the home in order to prevent injuries or accidents.

(8) Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb or any other listing site the reservation was booked through.

(9) No exception to check-in and check-out times unless discussed with the host in advance.

(10) Always make sure keys are placed back in lock box & the lock box is closed properly before departure.

(11) Garbage disposal: please run water into disposal when in use.

(12) Please make sure to turn off stove burners, oven, grill, coffee machine or iron immediately when done using.

(13) Once you are done using the Fire Pit, please make sure you extinguish flames with bucket of water (found underneath the kitchen sink) by slowly soaking the burning embers, making sure that the fire is out and the contents of the fire pit are completely soaked.

(14) Please close windows anytime you leave the house or when you know it will rain, or at night before going to bed as sometimes strong winds and rain develop at night time.

(15) If anything gets damaged or broken please report to the office - 304-258-5300.

(16) Please do not move or drag furniture on floor to prevent scratching the floor.

(17) If using the TV services, please stick to already provided subscriptions, any additional charges incurred for the host will be the guest responsibility.

(18) Please take trash out before departing (Red trash can by the road).
