I enjoyed the property the first few days. Unfortunately, the ac quit working properly and had to move to a new condo. I would have given 5 stars if not for the ac going out.

We loved our stay at this beach condo. It’s truly on the beach, and waking up the those amazing sunrise views every morning was incredible. The space was clean, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice place on a great section of beach. Clean, quiet, indoor parking, great bed, and the people at the office were nice to get extra supplies.

Nice balcony. Sofas not real comfortable because we have reclining sofa at home. But it was fine. Nice view of the beach and Clayton’s fireworks on Friday we took paper plates, etc. but the condo had all the things you need to cook and eat. I didn’t cook at all. But the kitchen was well equipped

The bed was extremely hard which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bedroom was also hot, did not get below 74 degrees. The pictures show a table on the back porch, there was no table on the back porch and some of the pvc furniture was cracked. No instructions on how to work the television, had three remotes and one with out batteries. Key for front door we had a few issues with inserting it. It would sometimes go in and other times would not. While we were there, they fixed the FOB access to get into pool and into condo garage and to the beach. The issue there was the individuals at the front desk didnt want to give us a new one and said the owner needed to come get it. I said im here for a few more days and if I dont have one, I will be seeking reimbursement for my stay. Eventually another lady made the decision to give me a FOB.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay here at this beautiful location where we had everything we needed and its just steps away from the beach. But the balcony was our favorite place to relax watching the sunrise on the ocean. It felt like home away from home and we definitively want to come back and stay here again!

This condo on the 8th floor was the perfect, quite, relaxing getaway for a few days on the beach. The large balcony being on the end unit was my favorite place to hang out. I had a great view of the evening fireworks that were being lit just down the beach to the north.

Magic at the Island

I had an Amazing time staying here in South Padre Island. I couldn't have picked a better place to call home for a few days. I've been Missing the sounds of the waves and water since I left. I can only hope to be back again someday.

The view is absolutely wonderful and the balcony is very large. This is a very nice unit. It was clean and well stocked. I would add/upgrade the following: pitcher, bed frame (squeaky), The only thing I would add would be a pitcher to the kitchen items. The bed was a king - I heard that most units are Queen. Pool was nice. I would definitely go back.
