Amenities include a large open living area with wood burning fireplace & 75 Inch Ultra High Def TV with Full Cable Service including DVR, Netflix & Prime Video Access; Regulation Size Pool Table ; Sonos System for Surround Sound on TV along with Wireless Streaming Music Service; Office/Den with Desk a convertible queen size sofa bed; High Speed Wireless Internet, Fully Stocked Gourmet Kitchen with Wolf Gas Range; Stainless Steel Gas Grill; Private Caldera Hot Tub under covered Deck; three car garage. Whole house humidifier system provides comfortable environment for altitude adjustment. Luxury linens and towels throughout with special touches that include two bathrobes/bedroom.
Located on a quiet cul de sac in Lower Deer Valley, our home combines a private, relaxing retreat with easy access to world class skiing, restaurants and shopping. Solamere has the best location in Park City! Wildlife frequently visits the area, with deer often seen out the windows along with an occasional moose or fox.
Winter Monthly rate: $30,000.00 inclusive of tax for 30 day rental. Send an inquiry for special offer! January is still available.
Summer Monthly rate: $22,500.00 inclusive of tax June/July/August/Sept. Discount for multiple months.

The home was awesome. The outdoor area is like your own oasis in the mountains. Deer, turkey, and moose frequent the yard. The hosts were always responsive. We loved our time here.

Great house and location!

The house was wonderful! We had lots of snow while we were there, and the street/driveway and walkways were always plowed and shoveled. Beds, baths were great! Lots of great and appreciated treats upon arrival! WE were there to ski at Deer Valley, and the shuttle service using the DV Direct app was amazing! We never had to drive to the resort. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again!

Spectacular Lower Deer Valley Home

I can’t say enough about how much we loved this home. Terrific private quiet location close to Snowpark lodge. It had all the amenities and they all worked seemlessly. Our host Terry was very communicative and responsive. She also put out all the little extras that made it feel like home.

Annual President's Weekend Trip

We have stayed in several homes/condos for the last 6 years and this home is by far our favorite. Do not want to express too much how wonderful it is (like to keep it as a secret) and miss out on availability in the future. Staying in this home one time is all that is needed to put at the top of your list. Amenities are all there including the bathroom/shower supplies, kitchen, firewood, etc. Bring your toothbrush and enjoy this remarkable home.

Superlative Property, Excellent location, Amenities Galore

Returning to Deer Valley for the 38th consecutive year, we selected this property for the locale and size. We were delighted by the personal attention from our hosts Terry and Doug. The house is spacious and all high end, from the kitchen, to the gorgeous master and the large vaulted, fireplace centered common area. All the bedrooms and ensuites are deluxe and fully furnished and equipped. Attention to detail is evident in all aspects of this house. It is the best equipped property, from the stand point of kitchen and bath essentials, to the entertainment and working fireplace elements we have ever experienced. Daily snow clearance when needed, firewood delivery, and extra stock of essentials. Our hosts met us upon arrival and demonstrated and explained how to use the house systems, and were always immediate in their responses to our additional questions. The arrival gift basket was a great touch, savory and delicious. The ambience is one of elegant cozy warmth and convenience. This will be our First Choice for our next trip… Our daughter and grandkids were to come for a long weekend but were foiled by back to back blizzards, and we can’t wait to have them share our experiences here.

I only wish I could give it 6 STARS! Phenomenal Property

It is truly sad that I am limited to only 5 stars for the owners of this beautiful Deer Valley VRBO. Terry and Doug not only have a spectacular home which is immaculately cared for, but they added several special touches which were both unexpected and greatly appreciated. Our group of 7 adults (ages mid 50s - mid 60s)thoroughly enjoyed our week in Deer Valley. The home is beautifully appointed and furnished. Everything in the home, particularly the kitchen is of the highest quality. We found starter drinks and a bottle of wine on our arrival as well as small gift baskets adorning each bedroom. The rooms and furnishings were high end, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The cleanliness of their home is better than any I’ve experienced on VRBO and I have experienced some very nice homes. Thank you both for all the special touches and we look forward to staying with you again next year.

Will stay there again!

We went for a family ski trip and could not have been more pleased with this home. It was comfortable, homey and served our family of 8 perfectly. The owners are remarkable people who were a pleasure to deal with. We are looking forward to staying there again next winter. Thank you!

Spacious Home in Deer Valley

Beautiful Home…Perfect Location…Amazing Host!

This beautiful home is nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Deer Valley only minutes from concerts, shops, and restaurants in Park City. We left the heat of Arizona to spend the month of September hiking, biking, shopping, eating, drinking, and entertaining friends and family. This was the perfect home and the amazing backyard landscaping was great for doing all this. The Property Manager/Owner Terry is one of the most pleasant and friendly individuals I have ever met. She caters to her guests like no other! This home is five star clean and fully stocked for entertaining. I love that my dog Luke was also welcome :-). I highly recommend this amazing home and will stay here again…as long as Terry’s husband Doug, my new realtor doesn’t find me a home to buy so we can be neighbors.

Great Stay

We stayed in this home for a month. It was great. The home was well stocked and the owners helped with anything we needed. The location was fantastic and has a beautiful back yard. We dined outdoors most evenings as it was lovely. The location is a nice area for long walks. We regularly saw some wild life, including moose and cranes. Highly recommend.

Excellent!

The only Problem here is not being able to stay forever. The house is great. Rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are luxurious. The living room has a big TV, Kitchen is very well equipped. It is a Prime property. And Terry is the best of host , she answers within minutes, even to our obvious questions.

Month long getaway

My family and I decided to try a month in the mountains and absolutely loved the property. It was the perfect home away from home, especially during a pandemic. We could ski everyday and still elearn and work from home. It was perfect. Terry and Doug were wonderful to work with and answered any questions that we had about the area and the house. It was truly a perfect trip.

Great location, great house

This ski house was perfect for a Christmas vacation. Four bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Very clean & well appointed. The hut tub, fireplace & pool table made for fun apres-skiing activities. Hope to return in the future.

Wonderful stay in this lovely home and neighborhood

We were fortunate to be able to stay in this beautiful home and surrounding property this past July and only wish we had been able to stay longer. Terry (and Doug) could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Every time we had a question Terry answered promptly and she was available as needed by phone, text or in person. The house was lovely and sparkling clean. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac but close to town. The house backs up to a nice trail and occasionally people walked by-- sometimes with their dogs-but it never felt they were too close and felt very private. There were beautiful flowers everywhere outside the home and plenty of thoughtful touches inside the house (plenty of towels, etc). Terry offered suggestions for things to do around town and just outside of town (and with our teenage daughter) which was a great help as we were finding our way around. The week in Deer Valley/Park City went much too quickly and we will absolutely hope to stay here again when it is time to return (and we hope it will be soon!). Thank you Terry!!

We consider ourselves quite fortuante to have found this beautiful property. It was all the owner's said is was and more. We spent 4 wonderful summers there and hope to spend more. Never had a problem that wasn't addressed immediately. The home had everything we needed and more. For us, the location was perfect. Close enough to Main Street for meals and browsing but far enough away from any noise and crowds - we always felt surrounded by nature and loved sleeping with windows open all season. Best of all, this was a real "home", beautifully and lovingly furnished, warm and welcoming to all.
