Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate guests taking the time to share their experience, though we were disappointed that none of these concerns were brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have gladly addressed many of the items immediately, including housekeeping and maintenance concerns. Several of the items mentioned have already been corrected, while others reflect personal preferences rather than defects, such as mattress comfort, shower size, and our choice to provide fresh ground coffee instead of pods (heating plastic is extremely harmful, which is why we offer ground coffee). The neighboring homes and their security cameras are independently owned and operated, are visible in the listing photos, and are not directed at the interior of our property. It's solely for their security. We're pleased you enjoyed the convenient location and outdoor patio, it's guest's favorite part! We remain committed to maintaining a clean, well-kept home and encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we have the opportunity to make things right in real time. My 4.9 rating on Airbnb on over 100 reviews justifies this, but we can't win over every guest, I guess.

Thanks for the review Ryan! It does say in 3 separate place on the listing there are other units. Really hate to see a 4 rating after not fully reading the listing.
