The apartment of 65smq (65m2) is situated on the 1°floor, in an elegant building with concierge in the centre of Rome, a few minutes walking distance from St. Peter's Basilica, in a quiet private street view.
It is composed by an Entrance Hall, a Living Room with dining room and relaxing area, a large Bedroom, a Bathroom and a Live in Kitchen.

Being so close to St. Peter’s Basilica you have the possibility to visit it empty with just few people… early in the morning with a beautiful walk when still Rome is not with traffic.
And then come back home for your breakfast or just enjoy Cappuccino e Cornetto at a Coffee Shop close to the apartment.
Then groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets just so close to the apartment are all with regular prices and not touristic ones.

On the day of arrival, you can enter the apartment from 3:00 p.m./15.00 to 8:00 p.m./20.00.
Depending on the possibility, it can be done before or ask to leave the bags. Complete assistance.
If arrival at the apartment is established at a time after 8:00 p.m./20.00., there is an additional fee of €15,00. If the arrival at the apartment is established at a time after 24.00/00.00am there is an additional fee of €25,00. If the arrival at the apartment is established at a time after 2.00am there is an additional fee of €35,00.
The cost of this additional fee must be paid on arrival in cash.
Check-out: 11.00.
If you need to leave at a different time from the check-out time, do not hesitate to ask for it and without doubt you will be provided with all possible help and the most optimal suggestions for a comfortable departure.
IMPORTANT: the final cleaning does not include crockery, which must always be left clean at the end of the stay.
If at the time of leaving the apartment, the dishes, plates, forks (crockery in general) will not be clean, a cost of Euro 15.00 must be paid.
Be careful not to lose the apartment keys. The loss of each set of keys (which includes the key of the door of the apartment and the key of the portal) will cost Euro 70.00. If the keys are forgotten inside the apartment, the person in charge will take care of coming to open it as soon as possible according to their possibilities.
The cost of the service will cost Euro 20.00 or more depending on the possibilities.
It is the obligation of the guest who uses the parking, to return at the end of the stay the authorization of the parking space delivered at the beginning of the stay together with the keys of the apartment, leaving both things on the kitchen table. As it is the obligation of the guest to close the parking lot used with the padlock of the same, otherwise, the guest must respond to the payment of the new issuance of the parking authorization for the amount of 20.00 euro; the acquisition of a new lock for the amount of 30.00 euro; the cost of a new set of keys to the apartment is 70.00 euros.
In the case the reservation is made the same day of arrival, the apartment may not be ready until 5 hours after the reservation time AND IT MUST BE ASKED BEFORE BOOKING. When the reservation is confirmed, an email will be sent to you with a lot of information about the house, the neighborhood, and Rome in general. More, the official links will be recommended to make reservations for skip-the-line tickets or special tours. You will also be asked to provide for passport or ID number, date of birth, home address of a guest for the issuance of the rental contract and of the other guests only name, surname and date of birth for registration.
Accommodation fee requested to the guest: the amount of the accommodation tax is 3.50 Euro per person for a maximum of 10 nights. Children under 10 years of age are exempt from paying this fee. This fee will be charged upon arrival at the apartment. The telephone available in the house is only to receive or make calls to national landlines and mobiles, to USA, Canada and China. Any mobile or payment number or what is not mentioned as included, will be charged extra if it is made and appears on the telephone bill at the end of the stay or later.

THE AIR CONDITIONING IS ALLOWED ONLY IN THE MONTHS FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER INCLUDED.IN DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR CAN BE PROVIDED WITH AN EXTRA.HEATING IS ALLOWED FROM MID NOVEMBER TO MID APRIL ACCORDING TO CURRENT GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS IN DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR CAN BE PROVIDED WITH AN EXTRA.

UPON ARRIVAL I WILL COLLECT THE CITY TAX AS ADVICED FROM VRBO AT THE MOMENT OF RESERVATION WHICH DESTINATION IS TO THE CITY HALL OF ROME AND NOT FOR THE PROPERTY.

This tourist tax (contributo al soggiorno, in Italian)was introduced in January 2011 and upped in September 2014.
This money is to be used to improve on the city’s infrastructure and thus should contribute to tourists’ enjoyment of their Rome holiday.

How Much Tourist Tax Should You Pay in Rome?
The amount to be paid depends on the type of accommodation selected. People staying in a 5 star hotel will be paying 7 Euros per person per night on top of the room rate, while those staying at Rome bed and breakfasts, guesthouses (affittacamere, in Italian), residences, holiday homes, house vacation, etc. pay 3,50 Euro.

The tourist tax is to be paid only during the first 10 days of one’s stay and children under 10 years of age are exempt.
