Great location! Easy to get to Disney and back! The pizza place right by condo is phenomenal and within walking distance. Manager was super responsive to any questions. We typically stay on Disney property, but this was a great change! We had our space and loved the balcony to watch the fireworks from Disney through the trees. Property does not have an elevator so getting in laws scooter up and down stairs was a challenge, but for the cost, this one is hard to beat! Carpets could use a deep clean but other than that, it was clean, spacious and a great location!

It was a nice property, however it was not really ready for guests. The TVs were not working, the washing machine quit woeking after 2 loads. The dish washer neededcleaning which we did. The carpet in the master bedroom needed to be professionally cleaned. We were afraid something else would malfunction every moment!

Fun in the sun

Enjoyed the hot tub. Used it as often as possible along with sunning on the lounge chairs. Pleasant. No disruption.

We loved it.

It was very clean, comfortable, and close to Disney World, restaurants and shopping. It was a nice, safe area. We will definately rent this condo again. The lake view from screened in porch was really pretty.

The pictures do not do this place justice, it was a great place to stay super convenient to parks. Close to all activities. The master bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable for me but others may disagree. I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone.

The property location was the best of any I looked at. It was located close to everything I needed. Disney World, Universal Studios, water park, restaurants, and shopping. The condo had everything I needed. I loved it. My family had a great time.

1 Mile From Disney

Property was clean and well equipped. Pool area was quiet and clean. Location in relation to highways, attractions, restaurants and shopping was good. Only 2 small negatives, only 1 of 4 tvs was operational, tv system was via Roku and no cable which meant that out of country visitors could not use the system due to geo location restrictions on all streaming platforms. Cushions would be nice for the balcony furniture. Overall a nice stay.

Overall an average place to stay.

Had some issues when we arrived getting in. Not sure if the email got lost but we had to contact owner to get codes to get in. Kitchen and dining room floors were sticky. No dish tabs for the dishwasher or detergent for the washer. Beds were not very comfortable and walls were very thin. You could hear neighbors draging chairs and talking even at normal levels. After long days at the parks it was not as relaxing as I had hoped.

Felt just like home

This is our 3rd year in a row coming to the same condo! We love it here, feels very homey and comfortable.Very clean and well maintained - description fits this condo to a T ! Our two kids love the pool and it's a bonus for us to be sooo close to Disney! It's literally a 4 minute drive down hwy #192. We can come back for afternoon naps and go back to Disney for the evening. We love walking to Cracker Barrel in the morning for breakfasts, tried the Ale House down the street - great prices and the Super Target which we did most of our groceries and Disney stuff for the kids. Frank was great to deal with. The internet wasn't working one night, called Frank, and he got on it right away. Within the hour it was back up and working, and he even called us back to make sure it was working. I would highly recommened this condo to friends and family! Thanks Frank, we will definitely come visit again!

Wow! Great Family Place Guest: michelle (canada) Date of Stay: January 3, 2011 Review Submitted: January 13, 2011 We just got back from our stay in Orlando. Frank's place was AMAZING! Very nice and CLEAN! It was a perfect size for our family of four. It is in a safe and perfect location very close to everything.(restaurants, disney, shopping, groceries,) It is amoungst all the action but set back enough that it is nice and quiet so you can relax after a busy day out. The condo has all you need for your stay to make your vaction very smooth and easy. The beds are very comfortable for getting a GOOD nights sleep! I would Highly recommend this place. Frank is very easy and Great to deal with even if you have a million questions to bother him with.(haha) WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!!!! Recommended for: Girls getaway, Tourists without a car, Families with teenagers, Families with young children, Romantic getaway

Average property

We didn't receive the check in information until we landed in Orlando, and only after we contacted both VRBO and the owner. When arriving at the property, we found the exterior of the building was being painted, so it was roped off with caution tape and the door locks and handles all taped up. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have been given a heads up that this would be the situation when we arrived. There was supposed to be WIFI in the condo, but it was not working. Called the owner the first day and was told that he would check into it. After a 7 day stay, it was never fixed. The garbage disposal didn't work, and when looking under the sink, found that there was a leak. Obviously, someone was aware of it, as there was a bowl sitting under the sink to catch the water. We had to empty the bowl each time we used the kitchen sink. Seriously?? Spend $100 and replace the garbage disposal. It was disgusting. There must have been a leak at some point around the AC / Heating unit, as there was mold around the baseboard outside the unit. The overall cleanliness of the unit was just average. The condo is conveniently located to the Disney parks. About a 10 -15 minute drive. Also near several restaurants and Target, Walmart.

We weren't able to go to the clubhouse because the access cards were not available. We had to go buy ice and water because the water line for the icemaker was not hooked up. One of the kids' comforters on the bed had to be washed because it smelled so bad. The plus was the unit was large enough to accommodate 6 of us. And it was very close to all the disney parks shopping and restaurants

Quiet respite from hustle & bustle of WDW parks

Nice, spacious property a few minutes drive from WDW in a quiet, gated neighborhood. On the second floor, so make sure you have enough "legs" left to get up a dozen-or-so stairs after a long day at the parks.

Clean and Quiet!

My daughter and I were volunteering at the Gary Sinise Foundations Snowball Express held at Disney. We needed a quiet and clean place to stay that didn’t break the bank and this was perfect. Clean quiet and just what we needed after putting in 16 hour days with some a even longer. Only thing I would recommend is that it’s time to replace the mattresses. Other than that it was perfect.

Easy access to all Parks!

Condo was exactly what our family needed while we were in Florida. Felt very safe at the complex because of the access code just to get into the complex. Beds were older and not a firm as I would like, but most hotels are that way also. Some stains on the carpet, but overall the condo was clean.

Convenient, Quiet & Exactly As Advertised

Location, location, location.....The property is extremely close and convenient to Disney parks and attractions and very easy to find. Walking distance to chain-restaurant and fast food, grocery, pharmacy and cheap t-shirt/ beach/ souvenir places. Walmart within 5 min drive. Gated community ensures security and unit faces very quiet and peaceful lake with a huge screened-in balcony to enjoy it from. Very, very pleasant after long days of assault to the senses. Unit is well stocked with linens and towels and our bed was quite comfortable; a little on the hard side and pillows quite flat. Kitchen adequately stocked with glasses and dishes and pots and pans for families however, toaster and coffee maker are the only small appliances available. Bring your blender for morning smoothies and evening margaritas. We bought a single-use blender for $10 at Walmart. Bring your own spices/oils/ etc. if you plan to cook, as is normal for vacation rentals. Washer and dryer proved efficient & soap provided for two loads (bring your own and use the one provided to do the final wash of towels and linens). Bathrooms each have hair dryer and one new roll of toilet paper and kitchen has one paper towel roll to start. We bring our own dish soap instead of dishwasher. We didn’t make use of the pool and exercise room but they looked very clean and never heavily used. Other than some burnt out light bulbs (check that light is even plugged in first), and some difficulty with fridge making ice (we used the provided ice cube trays), everything was operational and as advertised. We did have one WiFi issue which we reported to the owner but, managed to resolve it easily ourselves (we work in high tech and recognized a reboot of the router was all it needed). As a quiet, conscious couple in our 50s, staying in the unit during low season, we were never bothered by neighbour noises or by the new construction adjacent to the community. But...The walls are thin and the glass doors and windows are single pane and we can imagine there would be some impact to peace and solitude during busier times when all the units are occupied. It helps when everyone is conscious of the thin walls, especially the early morning families and late night tv watchers. The owner is very quick to respond to all communications (phone and email), and has been very helpful and accommodating to any and all requests or concerns. We would definitely reserve this unit again and would not hesitate to recommend
