A stay at Piney Creek Retreat is a break from life's daily grind. A newly built 40o sq ft. studio apartment steps from your spacious hot tub and pool. We live on the premises, but strive to provide privacy to our guest as well as assistance in trip planning, or any needs that may arise.
Amenities include beautiful bathroom including walk in shower with rain head. A fully stocked kitchen, with oven and separate coffee/tea bar. The room has one comfortable Queen size bed and a roll out sofa sleeper if needed. There is a mini split system for your heating and cooling needs. From the bed you can enjoy stunning mountain views; and during most of the year you can crack the window and let the sound of the creek lull you to sleep. Literal steps from your room is a beautiful hot tub and pool. Outdoor lighting illuminates the landscaping, but can be turned off if you feel like enjoying the incredible night sky while soaking with a glass of local wine from the Santa Lucia Highlands.
If you feel like stretching your legs, take a 5 minute walk down to our own creek. Stopping halfway down for views of our stunning cliffs.
We are 20 minutes from any town, restaurants, grocery stores ect, and thats a good thing.
Bring your own food to cook, or plan accordingly as you travel us. When you have "recharged" and want to see the sites, we are 10 minutes to the Arroyo Seco Camp grounds. 45 min. to the Pinnacles National Park with hiking climbing and a chance to see the incredible Condors. Just under an hour to Monterey/Carmel area with world class dining, shopping and art galleries, as well as the Monterey Bay Aquarium; and 1 hour from Big Sur.
