We had a fantastic time at Villa Albatros! We stayed there with a group of 15 people, and the villa was absolutely perfect for us.The room arrangement is great, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. There are also several comfortable living and lounge areas where you can relax and spend time together.The outdoor area and pool were another highlight. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool, as well as enough space for different sports and other activities.Overall, Villa Albatros was a wonderful place for our group, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

Amazing property with a stunning pool, incredible views and private access to the sea. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Nikolaos was easy to communicate with, kind and very helpful. Definitely recommend staying!

Had a wonderful holiday at Villa Albatross. We were a family group of 16 with three different generations and there was so much space that we never felt on top of one another. The pool was lovely (kept beautifully clean with a 7am visit every morning from the gardener) and Nikos was extremely responsive to any queries or requests. A short walk into Theologos for an early morning croissant and coffee and great restaurants on the beach front for an evening meal. Highly recommend this beautiful villa which had sunsets to die for!

Grandmother children and grandchildren Had a fabulous break Wonderful location lovely restaurants within walking distance and great trips out to Delphi and Meteora ( worth the long drive ) Great wine tasting experience at Domaine Hatzimichalis Plenty of space for everyone

We has a wonderful stay at Villa Albatross. The property is spectacular. Nikos was an excellent communicator, and Ianni took very good care of us in Theologos. Highly recommend Villa Albatross to anyone wanting a beautiful property a little off the beaten path but in striking distance of places like Delphi, Meteora, and Evia/Chalkida.

Fabulous villa for a group of 16 with plenty of space for everyone in the house and around the pool. Plenty of seating in the shade to escape the heat! The views are incredible and the lovely town is in walking distance along the main road at the front of the property with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to eat in if required.

Fantastic villa by the sea

The villa was fantastic, we were 4 families and we all had space inside and outside to enjoy. The access to the sea is brilliant and the children loved the big pool. Nikaloas was a great host, recommended restaurants and the best places to buy food. Through the stay he also responded very quickly if we had questions about the house or the local area/ activities. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House with amazing views.

We decided to visit in the middle of a “medi-cane”. Luckily, we couldn’t have had a better house to endure 5 days of thunderstorms and sideways rain. The house is incredibly well equipped and better than in the photos.

Fabulous villa

A lovely space for the sixteen of us. There was lots to keep a family (with the age range of 7-81) happy with the pool, table tennis, books and games. There was also space for those preferring some peace and quiet. The location was stunning, next to the sea, with lovely sunsets. There were two tavernas within very short walking distance from the villa. Nikolaos was super responsive with any questions and requests we had. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Very highly recommended!

Just about perfect. This was a seventieth birthday treat for us, our 5 children and partners and 6 grandchildren. Villa and pool and rooms perfect. Niko was really helpful before and during stay with high chairs, cots etc. kitchens are dated and overstocked with geriatric kit but everything we needed was there and worked. Great BBQ AREA. Very few Brits in the area and this is clearly a Greek holiday area for the Athens elite. Couple of issues …. Lot of steps and sea access from the property is actually rock bathing and not great for small children or the elderly. LOVED IT… definitely go agsin

Best experience ever!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this villa because I love it that much! It gives the ultimate opportunity to experience Greece. The villa has everything you need with beautiful views, the sea in your backyard, and great accommodations for comfort and fun. The location is perfect for short day trips to all the sights in mainland Greece. Our host is 100% on top of making sure all our needs are taken care of in minutes of asking. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Would recommend this place to everyone and after showing pictures to our friends they ask for this link. Traveling to another country and not knowing what’s waiting on the other end is a little scary. But rest assured, this villa will be the best experience you could have! I was a group of 12 the first time staying and 16 this second time and we were all very comfortable! Thank you for giving us a place we could make so many memorable experiences!

Perfect!

Fantastic villa, large enough that a party of 16 never felt on top of each other. Plenty of space with lots of communal areas. The games room downstairs was great! The access to the sea was beautiful, we had 3 children under 8 who managed the stairs however access in and out the sea was more suited for adults. Pool area was fantastic and lots of inflatables left over from previous guests. The outdoor area is well looked after with lots of olive and fruit trees around.Large kitchen well stocked with utensils. Great communication with Nikolas who was always available with any questions we had including setting up the tv for some members of the party to watch the English football! 10 minute walk in to town where there are lots of restaurants. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even giving us a lift up the road in a thunderstorm. We were definitely the only British people around, lots of Greeks enjoying their summer holidays too. Will definitely return

Best holiday ever!

I cannot begin to explain what an amazing time we had during our 2 week stay at villa Albatross. We were a group of 14 people, ages ranging from 13 to 73. The house was fantastic! Getting up every morning looking at the amazing view from our room and then enjoying breakfast on the balcony followed by a swim in the crystal clear sea or refreshing swimming pool made us all feel so relaxed. Nikolaos was a wonderful host. He was there to show us around when we arrived and provided some excellent information on the local area and restaurants. The villa is perfectly situated within walking distance of the town and the taverna at the top of the driveway had fabulous food and was reasonably priced. We have stayed in quite a few properties over the years and this was by far the best. It has everything you need, including 2 very well equipped kitchens.....there was even a few inflatables the kids could use in the pool. Everyone had a great time at this beautiful villa and we would definitely go back again.

Group of friends

The villa is huge, plenty of room to spread out, there were 12 of us. There are lots of steps in the villa and grounds, we had no problems but young children and the less mobile might struggle. The upper lounge area, dining area with main kitchen opened onto the terrace where we spent most of the time as it has fantastic views. The lower floor had a games area and the second kitchen leading to the BBQ. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable with ensuite bathrooms, however 3 of the 8 bedrooms shared 1 bathroom, but luckily we used only 2 of these bedrooms. The pool area is very nice with sun beds and umbrellas, the pool water was a little chilly despite the 30 degree weather and steps lead down to the sea. We only used the upper kitchen, mainly for breakfast and a light lunch. We found the taverna literally at the end of the drive 300 metres, Ταβέρνα Σαράντης, served really good food and at amazing prices, €12-15 per person, so we ate out every evening. The village supermarket was really well stocked and happy to deliver. Nikolaos the owner was very helpful when a member of our group became ill and had to travel to Hospital in Athens, arranging the hospital appointment and taxi.

Absolutely fantastic! We are a group of 3 families, and have travelled together during 21 summers, typically somewhere in Southern Europe. Villa Albatross was a perfect choice for our holiday this year. Great outdoor space, direct access to sea, sunsets. We can highly recommend this for others.

Familie ferie i fantastisk villa

Skønt, skønt hus med plads til den store familie, hvor alle faciliteter var tilgængelige om det var bordtennis, badning i pool eller i havet eller bare slappe af med en bog i skyggen var der så meget plads at ingen følte sig generet. Vi havde 2 vidunderlige uger i huset og i de nærliggende områder. Områder der byder på gode spisesteder og skøn græsk afslappet stemning

Lovely house,

We had a gorgeous 10 days at Villa Albatross at the end of August 2022 (apart from 4 days of thunderstorm!). We particularly loved the huge terrace with amazing views, both for our meals as well as just chilling out. If you want a break from the pool the house has is a little private beach where you can dive into the bay. In short, this is a lovely house, with gorgeous views, and perfect for a large group
