This is a beautiful 3 bedroom vacation condo on the island of Clearwater Beach.

Harborview Grande 700 overlooks Clearwater Harbor and the water views are gorgeous, both day or night. Watch the harbor life by day and enjoy the moonlight and harbor lights reflected on the water at night. Visitors to Harborview Grande vacation rentals frequently report seeing dolphins below them in the harbor.

The beach is a 7-minute walk with other attractions also nearby, such as Pier 60 with its nightly sunset festival and the now famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium, home to celebrity dolphins, Winter and Hope, from the Dolphin Tale movies.

The shores of the Gulf of Mexico are very accessible, where you will enjoy the remarkable, world famous white sands of the Florida Gulf Coast.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.

Thanks, That rental is awesome. The inter coastal view is amazing, and the peek aboo of the Gulf is the best of both worlds. Glad you keep coming back!

2025 Family Vacation

Overall great stay and would stay again here at this location. Great view from 7th floor balcony over looking the water. Great location not too far from beach and Pier 60 and within walking distance to town. Kids had a blast and condo came with some water toys, floats and football to play with.Did have to go buy extra toilet paper as only 1 roll per bathroom was provided and no paper towel in kitchen but overall an amazing trip. We are already looking to return next summer with the kids.Thank you

Beautiful well equipped condo with view of the bay

Condo is extremely well kept and nicely decorated. View from balcony is a beautiful view of the bay and sunrise. Condo has washer and dryer and a well equipped kitchen, although could use a few non-stick pans for moms who like to cook pancakes and French Toast.

Teflon pans chip and scratch readily. In a vacation rental unit, pans are used by a variety of people with different habits toward cookware. Units are stocked with stainless steel pans for the sake of durability. The Harborview Grande units are large with water views and are within walking distance of the beach. Unit 700 has received a recent upgrade and full redecoration so a lot of the furniture is close to brand new.

Beautiful Condo

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is larger than appears on the listing. Two families of four shared this space for a week and had plenty of room. The condo is very clean and had many of the comforts of home. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Clearwater.

Love the dolphins in the bay!

The condo is nice and in a great location! It doesn’t seem like the master bathroom was cleaned prior to our arrival. The toilet and sink were dirty in the master bathroom. Everything else seemed clean. The dolphins in the bay were awesome to watch everyday! The sunrise view was also awesome! I think with a new cleaning crew this condo would get 5 stars!

Very nice condo - close to the beach and restaurants.

We enjoyed the condo but had some issues. The toaster didn't work, we called the office and they replaced it but the new one was difficult to use. The furniture on the patio was missing 4 cushions so we couldn't use them. The soap dispenser in the dishwasher didn't work - we worked on it for a while but couldn't get it to work so the dishes did not get clean. We opted to hand wash the dishes which was an inconvenience. We payed a lot of money for this condo for a week and didn't expect the problems that we incurred. It's a great location and the condo was very nice - the owner or the management company needs to address these issues.

Great location

We loved the location. A few things. The check in could be so much easier if there was a combination lock instead of a key. We had to go pick up keys a mile away and also bring them back through the beach traffic when checking out.It was hard with only 2 keys with a large group. The carpet was dirtly and stained should be replaced. Otherwise we really loved the place and views were amazing.

Fabulous Updated Condo

We had a great time staying in this condo. It had been updated beautifully and had the best balcony view of all the condo's ! The rental agency communicated with me about my concerns with the COVID-19 regulations and kept me posted throughout the month before we came. We had a minor issue with the washing machine dancing around the untility room, but that's such a minor concern and the ONLY negative thing I could say about our stay. They also have beach chairs, toys and body boards available to use.

Beautiful condo

Condo was just as described. Great location. So much room for our family of 6. Would stay here again if we came to Clearwater. Dishwasher is dated and was touch and go, but just hand washed dishes. Didn’t affect our stay. Beautiful place to stay.

Great View!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Harborview Grande. The condo is large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view. Even better is the location, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately the weather did get a bit chilly during our stay but we can't control mother nature so we took advantage of the hot tub. There were cushions missing from the balcony furniture and would rather see a more comfortable outside dining table and chairs. Also would be nice to have an outdoor grill to use on premises. We will be back.

Unit 700 is lovely. Loved the fact that it is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys.

Beautiful view from patio. Dolphins feast in the bay. Central. A short walk to restaurants, beach, grocery, the breakfast place, etc. Condo is well furnished. Washer/dryer come in handy. Bright. Well maintained. Highly recommended.
