Unit was perfect! Loved the back patio views over the golf course (holes 16 and 17 I believe). Property was clean and stocked with all the basic necessities. No concerns or issues. Would stay again!

Enjoyable stay in a lovely home near St. George, Utah

Nine adults (my siblings and spouses) spent several days in this lovely 5-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. The accommodations were comfortable and we had everything needed to prepare meals. The location is quiet with a nice view and the resort pools and hot tubs were appreciated. The cost was reasonable too for such nice accommodations.

Great stay in St. George

This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful part of Utah. Great access to restaurants, shopping, and of course the spectacular national parks. These accommodations checked all of our boxes. It is a very beautiful home and is well equipped. The bedding, furniture, and patio seating were upscale and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our cocktail hours on the back porch. The view of the golf course and mountains was really cool. We hope to return!

Great Tournament Stay

We were in town for a softball tournament and had a great stay. We had more than enough space for our two families. The bunk room was great for the kids and gave them a space to play the Xbox while the adults hung out in the family room.

Communication issues

Rented for 35 days to bring my father for a knee replacement. Listing says garage for parking which was absolutely necessary for us due to the surgical procedure. Within a week and a half the garage door broke. Red Sands sent someone to look asap, which was appreciated. Unfortunately after that we heard nothing for days. We kept inquiring because it was very important for us to have the garage. We were eventually told that the owner would not fix it until after we were gone. We rented for 35 days, spent a lot of money and rented on the premise we had certain things in the rental… garage. We were told we could just manually move the garage door, which was impossible. The garage door had no exterior handles and was extremely heavy. Not possible for us to use manually. The owner seemed to not really care that we were very inconvenienced. After some back and forth with the rental agency we received a couple hundred dollars refund. That was great but in all honesty it was more about the lack of concern by the owner and the total unwillingness to get the repair done. I’ve never had to give a negative review before but this was not a great experience. House is in a good location, backyard area is nice. Could use a deep clean and some newer pillows as well. Red sands was great to deal with despite this owner.

Great Zion NP Girl's Trip

This place was a great place to use as home base for our girls trip weekend of hiking in Zion NP. The bedrooms and kitchen were spacious and made for a comfortable stay. The pool was a great place to relax after a day of hiking in the heat. We pan on returning again with our families.

National Park Hub

The St. George area was a good choice for us as we visited Zion, Bryce and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. St. George city parks were enjoyed on our "slower" days. The condo neighborhood was a nice place to relax and enjoy the pool on hot afternoons. Our condo fit our three generational family of seven very well. Nice back patio.

It would be nice if there were some board games. It was super clean and we had a great time, but pillow cases and more laundry soap would have been a great addition.

Relaxing Weekend

What a great place to spend the weekend! There was definitely enough space for our group, both inside and on the back patio. We came to St. George for a golf weekend and plan on staying here on our next trip down here. We golfed Sky Mountain and Sand Hollow this weekend and they were both only 15 minutes away. Sitting above the Coral Canyon GC 16th and 17th holes in the mornings and evenings was also great. We especially enjoyed mornings out back watching the sun light up the red rock behind the golf course.

Beautiful home with beautiful views . . . just a little short-sheeted

This home was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view was gorgeous. We had three families in our party and we all fit comfortably. I would definitely stay in this home again! The only issue we had was on the first night, when we were preparing the sofa sleepers for bedtime and discovered there were no sheets or pillowcases to be found. It turns out, it seems, that the cleaners who had come through earlier in the day had mistakenly not restocked the sheets for the sofa sleepers. When I let management know the next morning, they sent someone over to drop off sheets and pillowcases. Other than that little hiccup, this place was wonderful!

Accommodations were great! We really enjoyed the large family room right off of the kitchen. The best part of our stay was view off the back patio and 2nd floor balcony. The sun lit up the beautiful red rocks at sunrise and sunset.
