Village Square 355 is a beautifully decorated 780 sq ft, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath that Sleeps 5 people. The Bedroom has a King Size Bed, while the Living Room is equipped with a queen Sofa Sleeper and a Twin sofa sleeper in the enclosed balcony. Amenities in this condominium include a Gas burning Fireplace, Flat Screen TV, Free WiFi and a Full Size Kitchenl. Many personal touches by the owner make this one of our nicest properties. This condo is just a short 2 minute walk to the American Eagle lift. Village Square 355 is ideal for anyone looking for a nicely appointed accommodation within the heart of Copper Mountain's Center Village and its numerous shops, restaurants and amenities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72362 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.

Perfect for multi day ski trip

Very cozy apartment with about a 2 minute walk to the slopes. About as good a location as any.

Excellent location; comfortable unit

The location in center village is convenient to everything: the ski lifts, Copper busses, restaurants, groceries, adult beverages. King bed comfortable; well stocked with towels, etc. Management is very responsive and courteous. Building is older, slow elevators at times, but overall a great value for the price.

Great Condo

Really close to everything: slopes, resturants/bars, grocery store, … Only negative feedback is that the hot-tub only worked every other night? Kinda disappointing after hard day on slopes.

its not bad, just not great. I think if we did not pay so much to stay, I would not mind it. its very dated and the bathroom is dark with poor ventilation. Living room and kitchen area nice. good location. we have stayed at many other VRBO, etc and for the price. you dont get what you pay for.

Amenities are non-existent. No coffee provided even though there was a drip coffee maker, no channels except CW on the tv and WiFi didn’t work well enough for streaming from an iPad to tv. A guest cannot control the heat as it is pre-programmed. I suppose that is why you knew to provide inefficient space heaters. It was COLD, even with space heaters running and fireplace (on a timer). Your toilet barely flushes water, bathroom is absolutely not for tall people, it has a very old tiny toilet so if you’ve got long legs you can’t really close the door. The bedding is substandard, especially for winter! What are you thinking? At least a down comforter that is placed in a clean duvet would have been a better choice. Instead we found an old stained thin shabby blanket was on bed. The bedspread was soiled, we slept without it. The mattress is worn, a huge dip in the center. This was so bad that even though we had paid for two nights, we got up after very little sleep on the morning of the first night and left.copper for a better alternative. This stay was supposed to be to celebrate a special occasion but that plan was ruined. The condo looked ok upon first hour of walk in except for visible age and desperate need of updating. We had literally no idea that staying there could be so miserable. Whoever owns this condominium should strongly consider repairs, updates and at least minimal guest comforts.

The unit is cozy and warm and one of the best stocked units we've ever rented. The kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. I would definitely rent this unit again.

I had a great time relaxing in this cozy condo with a great fireplace and extraordinary views of the slopes! There is a fully glassed in balcony/sun room. Chris, with Copper Vacations, was so kind to me and immediately took care of anything that I needed, like the coffee maker carafe that was broken.

Only small criticism was the sunroom was very cold. You need to use an extra plug in heater to stay warm in there. The rest of the unit runs warm , difficult to open the windows in this condo except for the master bedroom. All in all enjoyed our stay here!

Ok stay, couch needs to be upgraded but condo was nice. Hot water stopped working 3 times

Hot water stopped working 3 times in 4 nights, out for 2 hours, emergency line did not answer. Started working again each time but we could not shower in the evening. Light bulb in bedroom was missing and pilot light in fireplace was out so we had to call maintenance. They were great. No hot pads; used dish towel but burnt hand slightly. We enjoyed our ski time, but these items will need to be addressed. Will commend the company but not this property.

Family getaway

Location was great. Unit is marketed as having 3 sleeping spaces which is why I chose it for myself and 2 grown sons. The sleeping quarters on the porch never mentioned that the space was not heated which made it very difficult to use in December. This was the key factor in my choosing this property.

Another great stay

Bedding could use some updating, but condo was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. Amenities and parking work well, thermostats are a little goofy, but overall we still had a nice stay

Reviewer Comments: This condo is clean, with a comfortable king size bed, but several issues: The headboard is not attached to the bed, so it hits the wall loudly when you roll over. The toilet and shower room have so little space, you almost have to get into the tub to close the bathroom door. The shower alternates between warm and scalding water every minute. The balcony is closed in, and the windows don't open, so no way to get fresh air in living area. The hot tub is closed. There were no restaurants open in Copper the weekend of Sept 17th. It's a ghost town. You have to drive to Frisco or elsewhere to eat. No hotpads in the kitchen for baking. The heater in bedroom would not shut off.

Would choose this again

Comfy, clean room in a great location (short walk to Central Village lifts + the shuttle-stop for East/West Villages is just steps from bldg. entrance), convenient on-site parking, and fast elevators (which matters when you're dressed for skiing and burning up!). The bedroom, kitchen, and living areas are nicely sized. The bath set-up is small, but convenient. Communication was always quick and friendly.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Copper Vacations is easy to work with. The contactless check-in process was a breeze. The condo was comfortable and the fireplace was nice. The sofa sleeper needs to be replaced - the mattress is shot. The twin sleeper needs to be replaced - the mattress is shot. When you rely on both as sleeping accommodations they should be comfortable and in good shape. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard in the kitchen that cleaning should have checked. We washed them in the dishwasher and then they were fine. We would recommend only if the sofa sleeper and twin sleeper are replaced.
