Soft, soothing tones, natural textures, and thoughtful details like board and batten paneling, shiplap accents, and Weathered Oak LVP flooring create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The kitchen is fully equipped and features shaker-style cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances—perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. All bathrooms were completely updated in 2021 and include freestanding vanities, comfort-height toilets, and stylish lighting. The first-floor bathroom features a walk-in shower with a grab bar for added convenience. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fan, while the second-floor desk alcove makes working remotely or virtual learning a breeze. High-speed internet is available throughout the home. Additional amenities include a commercial-grade washer and dryer, an 80-gallon water heater, and central heating and air.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Professionally designed, decorated, and furnished in a Coastal Farmhouse style. Soft tones and natural material were used to create the cozy, charming interior with board and batten paneling and shiplap accents. Weathered Oak LVP flooring throughout. Well-appointed kitchen with shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, and granite countertops. Bathrooms include all new showers/tub, comfort height toilets, freestanding vanities, and lighting. First floor walk-in shower w/ grab bar. Ceiling fans and smart TVs in all bedrooms. Second floor boasts a desk alcove for "work from home" or virtual student activities. High speed internet. Commercial grade Washer & Dryer; Heat & Central A/C; 80 gallon water heater. All windows and exterior doors replaced with current standards. New flooring on exterior deck and balconies (Summer 2024).
All beds have protective mattress encasements along with mattress pads, pillows, blanket, and comforter or bedspread. A small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan is provided. Guests should be prepared to provide any of the items as needed beyond what is supplied. Guests are also responsible for detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
