WELCOME TO ARENA Y SOL, a vibrant two-story home located just 30 yards from the beach in Las Conchas, Puerto Peñasco. With stunning ocean views, bright décor, and inviting spaces, this home is perfect for a relaxing seaside escape. – BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM The first floor features three bedrooms and one bath. Two of the bedrooms include queen beds, while the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups. A full-size air mattress is also available for extra sleeping space. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level for easy use. – LIVING AREA Guests will climb the beautifully tiled staircase to the second floor, where they are welcomed into a cozy living area with breathtaking ocean views. The space includes a dining table, a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings, and comfortable seating for relaxation. Guests must bring their own wood or fire logs for the fireplace. Entertainment is available with a smart Blu-ray player that allows streaming Netflix or watching DVDs on the television. – KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and microwave, making meal preparation effortless for your group. – OUTDOOR SPACE Step outside to a spacious upper deck featuring a wood-fired oven and plenty of seating, offering the perfect setting to enjoy the ocean view. The lower level features an enclosed courtyard with a front patio, charcoal barbecue grill, an outdoor dining area with a palapa, and an additional fireplace. Beach chairs are available in the garage for guests to use. – ADDITIONAL AMENITIES Ceiling fans, central air and heat, bedding, and one set of bath towels are provided for guest comfort. – POLICIES Pets are allowed upon approval with a pet fee of $75 per pet. No smoking indoors. – EXPERIENCE Arena y Sol offers everything needed for a memorable stay just steps from the beach, making it an excellent choice for relaxation, family gatherings, and seaside adventures.

I could not turn on the light or the fan because there was no pull down string on the ceiling fan. or the wall switch did not work ?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house but the light next to the door needs to be fixed, so I can find the key hole to the door and get in the house !! The entry way is very dark at night even with the lights on the 2 main drive way posts are ON.

Cute rustic home in a great location!

The house was great for my family! Location was good too. We normally stay farther down in Las Conchas because the sand is softer and it’s not as rocky, but we had a great time with the dogs on the beach! The house has a perfect layout and was kept clean. The doors don’t always lock easily, but it just takes extra effort to close. There are no outlets in the main bathroom and no remote for the TV in the main bedroom. The only other downside was that the property was covered in cigarette butts outside. Too many for me to pick up. Otherwise we loved the home and would be happy to stay here again!

July 14- 17 vacation in RP at Arena y Sol

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very good. Thank you for putting the plastic table and chairs on the porch so I did not bump my knees into the iron table and iron chairs.One thing, the door to the porch looked like it has been JIMMIED and need to be fixed pronto. It looks like someone tried to pry it open, when I first got down there or the door knob does not allow you to open that door from the inside when it is screwed completely in to the door. Or it wont shut the door completely. ??

Meet the Big Beach Dog named Tommy. he followed my dogs home from a walk and went into the house and ate all their dog food and took a nap. he did not want to leave.I put him outside with a bowl of food but he whined and cried until i let him back in and he spent the night with my dogs. he is just a puppy but a big dog. he will come over to the house since he thinks dogs are there.now

It locked behind me on Friday night and I was locked out of the house because I did not have the house keys on me. I had to get Las Conchas security to help me get the door open at 1 AM in the morning

October 2023 Arena Y Sol Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very nice house with extra bedroom and porch for view of the ocean. I like the old porch though with the plastic table and chairs to sit and watch the ospreys feed. Only bad thing is the wooden front door dead bolt will not work all the time. I thought I locked the front door a few times but the dead bolt did not go in all the way and the front door was unlocked. Please fix it.

This photo is old The addition is on the east side now and the metal railings are gone. At least the main house has anew roof after what Hurricane Nora did to it last year. AC was working good this time too

Clean but old

Beach that is within walking distance is too rocky, had to drive to a better location within Las Conchas. A/C worked well in the bedrooms. Old but clean. Beds need new mattresses. Instructions to property provided by rental company were very confusing. We got lost 2x and had to call for help.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for a family (or 2) Excellent location with the beach across the street and a convenience store behind it. Small kitchen but has everything you would need, just no room for helpers. The deck and the outdoor space are big and nice for hanging out outside. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but was fixed and still not very good at all. Oceano Rentals was available and answered my calls even after hours and sent someone out right away. They were the best rental company I’ve dealt with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house. AC was working but only really needed it Friday and Saturday. The wind picked up on Sunday and Monday and the temperature went down. Almost used the heat on Sunday night. Everything worked fine, but front door dead bolt was a little tricky getting it to lock sometimes. Had to play with it a for awhile.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Central AC went out on Sunday and rental company offered to move me to a house across the street for one night. I toughed it out using the wall AC unit in the bunk bed room. It was not bad, 80 degrees. This is the second time the central AC unit has gone bad in the last 3 years.Then Tropical Storm Nora hit on 8/31/21 morning. Water came in under the doors and the roof leaked into the upstairs bathroom and water came in thru the closed windows in the bunk bed room. I was leaving that day, so I took the house towels and put them at the doors and in the puddle in the bunk bed room. and left for home. Major leaks in the roof on the porch and on the west side of the house.
