Newly refurbished 3 bed/1.5 bath ranch home has central A/C, double garage and fenced in back yard.
This quiet neighborhood is the perfect place to relax after a hard day working. Thoughtfully designed and furnished with everything you need to live comfortably.
Fully equipped with new appliances and kitchenware.
All linens and blankets are included. Fire extinguisher. First aid kit. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The property is in a quiet, residential area. This newly refurbished ranch is fully furnished with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable.
OPEN LIVING SPACE: The breakfast bar has two stools which creates a perfect connecting space between the kitchen and living room. The dining table has 4 chairs and the living room has a couch and two chairs. There is a 65" Roku smart TV on the wall. A washer and dryer in the laundry room and a kitchen fully stocked with all kitchenware for the perfect home cooked meal. There is a double door refrigerator with large freezer, an electric stove and dishwasher.
WIFI: There is high speed wifi which works perfectly with the smart TVs in the house.
BEDROOMS: The three bedrooms are fully furnished with black out curtains for complete darkness. We also provide box fans and noise machines to keep you comfortable but this quiet residential area is very peaceful. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a full bed, with all linens and towels provided.
BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom with bath and shower over and a half bath in the laundry room.
BACK YARD: The yard out back is fenced in for your furry friend to be able to run around.
PARKING: There is also a large detached garage to park your car and/or for storage as well as a driveway for multiple cars alongside the house.
With a background in hospitality, it is my priority to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I have thought about what you may need and stay in all of my properties to make sure they are stocked with all the necessities and more.
