Everything was exactly as described! Such a fun place to stay! The unit was extremely clean and was ready on time. Great communication with Explore the entire time. We hiked out to the hidden fire pit for a quick look. How great to have some trails on-site! It felt great to stretch our legs after driving all day. The ambiance, the fire pits at each unit, the beds and bedding, the water pressure lol, I give 5 stars to all of it!

Clean 'tiny home' with queen bed and pull out sofa.Listing mentions upto 4 but it is optimized for 2.Dishes were melamine. Would have been better if dishes and bowls were microwave safe since there is no cooktop provided and no other way to heat food.Priced too high for space provided compared to other places we have stayed at.Pros: very clean, high tech features

We loved our stay at EXPLORE Munising! The juxtaposition between the modern feel of our suite amidst the natural beauty of the property created the perfect place for our family! Everything we needed was provided, and even something we didn’t know we needed: the sound machine! 100% recommended!!

Fit the bill

Mostly clean, except hair in shower and sandy floor - recommend door mats! Stuffy, humid/muggy air even though AC running. Info on how long hiking trail is would also be helpful. Kitchen towels and Kleenex would be nice. Parking was difficult for larger vehicle. Good shower pressure! Nice window shades. Neat little fire pit outside unit. Overall, good stay.

Perfect Getaway

The property is great and pretty quiet. Super easy to find, easy check-in and great communication about your reservation with hosts. The solo stoves are a nice touch and the two trails on property are a nice little perk! Close to town, restaurants, waterfalls and Picture Rocks National Lakeshore. 10/10!

We loved the trails on the property, access to the fire pit and having a full bathroom. There was clear communication throughout our stay despite there being no one on site. Check out was simply taking out the trash which was appreciated. A few things that would make this even better would be touches like dish towels, tea bags, a bigger sink, longer hot water times for showering and a more comfortable bed.All around we had a wonderful time!

We loved this place, it felt like home. It was quite, new and for the most part comfy. We brought to much stuff so not exaxtly enough room to put everything but we were outside most of time anyway. If there was a negative that I have to say us that we couldnt get any TV, like there was no internet and the bed might have abeen a bit hard for my back. But with that said if we ever come back this was we will never rent a hotel room, only Explore will we rent. Loved it😁

Nice place . We stayed in 106 Facing woods Lots of road noise Convenient location . No real place to store luggage . Nice blinds on all windows . Quick responses for issues ( fire pit used as an ashtray) We would have been totally happy w the place except for had an issue w the payment process. Make sure your deposit is not “ missed” . Otherwise great place for a short stay

Newly constructed and designed for the outdoor enthusiast, we offer snowmobilers, hikers, bikers, and adventure-seekers a perfect blend of midwest hospitality and private accommodations. Directly on M28 on the edge of the city limits. Alger Falls is on our property. M94/M28 intersection is 100 yards from our site. We are one mile from downtown Munising and the waterfront.

WINTER: the perfect choice for snowmobilers and winter adventurers! We are located on trail 419, which goes through Munising's downtown and connects to everything in the UP. You can take your sled right to your door and can park your truck and trailer on our property and on the trail, just a half mile up from our site. Easy on and easy off, makes this the best choice for snowmobilers in the central UP.

SUMMER: we offer four waterfalls and two and a half miles of hiking trail for you to explore right out your front door. The ultimate summer adventure destination!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Four waterfalls, 200 acres to explore, hiking trails, patios with adirondack chairs and solo stoves, kitchenettes/kitchens, toasters, dishware, drinkware, silverware, units close to the road for accessibility and units away from the road with better views and more seclusion, The primary UP ATV/ORV TRAIL goes through the property, just a hundred yards from the cabins (through the woods so there is no noise from the trail). We also offer daily guided hikes through the trail system, allowing viewings of each of the waterfalls. The hike will end with the Guide lighting a fire in our Starry-vista firepit where guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the evening at the fire awaiting the first appearance of the stars.
