The space
ours is a twin cottage on a 65x40ft plot, it has 2 floors, FF has 4BRs, 2Halls, 3 sides long balconies, BRs with attached bathrooms, rooms has tvs, fans, split ACs, sofas, etc, BRs & halls have big fixed glass windows, long balconies with hanging swing jhulas, very good panoramic views of mountains, cool breeze, best morning views. GF has a kitchen, a projector, bathroom, toilet, a room with bed for elderly or handicapped people, 3 open areas for play, dining, gathering parties events etc, with a small garden.sime indoor games. Charcoal BBQ set

Other things to note
House Rules: use of drugs-NOT allowed, we have silent hours from midnight 12am to 6am, NO littering, NO huge noises which may other guests in disturb neighbouring villas. community rules to be followed when outside our cottages & within community. Save water & electricity, do not damage trees witihin cottage or community. Do not walk on garden grass areas, use designated pathways, Smoking is adviced at designated smoking area witih the villa boundary. Have FUN Stay safe.
