New 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home with pool and hot tub in Lake Denham!!

Beautiful new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Heated swimming pool and spa! Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and beautifully decorated with all new furniture. 75" TV in Living Room & 55" TV's in all of the bedrooms.
All bedrooms have new beds with high quality mattresses.
We have a brand new 4 seat golf cart available for an additional fee of $40.00 per day or $200.00 per week. If you would like to rent it, message me and I can edit your reservation to add the fee.
5 Minute golf cart ride to Mickylee pitch & putt course and Franklin recreation center, 10 Minute ride to Sawgrass Grove and Southern Oaks golf course. Approximately 20 Minute ride to new Eastport Town Square, Approximately 30 minute cart ride to Brownwood Town square.
Approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International airport, Disney parks, Universal Studios, etc.. Closest point in the Villages to all Orlando has to offer!
NOTE - We have (2) security camera's located in the lanai looking over the pool area, (1) camera in the garage, (1) camera on the front exterior of the house and a ring video doorbell. These cameras are used for security and liability purposes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with modern touches that made it feel both cozy and luxurious.The location was perfect—close to all the local attractions, but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood for a serene retreat. The amenities provided were top-notch, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and high-quality linens that made our stay feel like a home away from home.What really set this property apart, though, was the communication with the host. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool & hot tub was especially nice and relaxing. We’ll definitely be returning for future trips, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. 5 stars all the way!

AWESOME!

This house was so beautiful, organized and anything you needed was at your fingertips! With our group was an interior designer and she also said it was perfect! Garry, our host, always responded immediately. We will be forever grateful for their hospitality. There were 3 couples and we're all ready to go again!

Incredibly beautiful property with an incredible lanai with heated pool and hot tub. The owner was great to work with and easy to get ahold of when we had questions. The area is gorgeous and the live music/restaurants in the area are easy to access. Would absolutely come again and I hope we do get to make it out again. We vacationed with our adult kids which made the 3 bed/3 bath perfect for us.

Incredible family vacation

We’ve rented several times in The Villages and this was definitely the best experience. The property was beautiful, even better than expected, which is hard to do considering the pictures. In addition, our travel in caused our schedule to shift some and the property owners were so kind and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this property enough.

The Villages Getaway

My family to The Villages to visit in laws.This house was spectacular.New, clean, spacious, and very comfortable.TVs everywhere, a huge kitchen, a pool and hot tub ( kids liked that one ).All the amenities that were needed.Highly recommend this home, would definitely rent again.Garry was very responsive , answered all my questions quickly.5 STARS !

Amazing!

We were a party 6 adults who stayed for a long weekend. We all agreed that this was the best rental that we have ever used. The house was beautiful itself and it was spotless, pristine and well stocked. Our host Garry was nothing but amazing in his communication and instructions on how to make sure everything ran smoothly. We all give it a 10!! We will definitely be back. Thank you Garry!

Perfect Family Getaway

This is the perfect property for a family of six or three couples. It was super clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The lanai, pool and spa were perfect for entertaining and spending time outdoors with loved ones. Gary was responsive and gave us all the details we needed for a great stay. I highly recommend this rental when traveling in the area.

Stay at Garry and Sherry's

We were the first to stay at their place after they installed a brand new pool and spa. We loved waking up to a pool and enjoying our coffee and drinks listening to a waterfall. The place was beautiful and like new. It is located in the southern newer part of the Villages. Garry was very responsive to questions. We were scheduled to arrive during hurricane Milton and we had to change our plans twice as the airport closed down. Garry graciously went out of his way to make sure he refunded two days of the stay. He was thoughtfully flexible and graciously offered to let us cancel at the last minute because of the hurricane and he even said he would give us a full refund. Once we could make it down, he made sure the place was more than habitable after a hurricane! He had neighbors move his outdoor furniture in and back out so it was ready for us to use. He made sure it was spotless for our arrival time. That was above and beyond level of service. We would have understood if he wasn't able to get things perfect for us. His communication was excellent. We would stay again except for the fact we found and bought our dream home during our stay! Shows you how amazing we found The Villages to be! We will highly recommend their place for friends and family that cannot fit in our new place.

My wife and I currently live in Michigan and hope to retire to The Villages in the not so distant Future. We have rented several times in The Villages and have included all of the amenities we have loved from different owners over the years.

Beautiful quiet area of new homes. House is at the back of the neighborhood on a small loop with about 20 houses so very little traffic. Close to several walking/biking trails

House is perfectly set up for up to 3 couples, large families or any people that love everything about the Villages. Newest section of the Villages to be completed so everything is brand new. Just a short golf car ride to Sawgrass and will be close to new town square of Eastport and all the new golf courses coming soon.
