Great space with everything we needed for enjoying our stay. Lovely comfortable pad for two people. Hosts really work hard to make sure all is well. The bed is comfortable and the shower is really nice.

Beautiful, light and stylish apartment located in a great DC neighborhood. The place was extremely comfortable and very clean, with everything you would need for your stay. Super comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom and a very spacious shower. The hosts were easy and enjoyable to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Helpful and caring hosts

Wonderful place. Perfect for a couple. Affordable luxurious accommodation and the host were very helpful with parking nearby and responded timely to messages and made the stay very welcoming. Would and probably will stay there again

Clean & Sweet

The property is new and clean, with well-stocked and high-quality amenities. You could occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above, but these were minor. Had a wonderful two-night stay here!

Wonderful apartment

Overall a very good vibe! The apartment was thoughtfully and tastefully designed with fresh, modern decor. Location was great with nearby metro, restaurants, and good walking neighborhood. Hosts communications were clear, responsive, and timely. No problems. Cookies were a special treat upon arrival! I would stay here again.

Stayed for the parade at 8th and I

We were impressed by the communication of the hosts, attention to small details that made it feel like home (slippers, tea and coffee available, a warm throw blanket on the couch), and the cleanliness of the rooms. The hosts went out of their way to bring me extra tea bags with the kind of tea I like when it wasn’t readily available. We will definitely stay again next time we come to see the parade at 8th and I.

Absolutely LOVED my stay in this suite the last two nights! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how super cute and thoughtfully designed everything was cozy, stylish, and full of charm. The bed was comfortable and soft But the shower, It was to die for, spa-level luxurious with amazing water pressure and space, the rainfall shower head plus the handheld head was amazing. This suite was the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Thank you again for a perfect stay

We will be back yearly!

Ben and Dana are wonderful hosts! They made sure our stay was comfortable. We were welcomed by the host in front of the building. There were home baked cookies and a bottle of filtered water waiting inside. The place was adorable, newly renovated, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for us. The location is great in general, but specifically incredible for us, as our adult son lives only 2 blocks away. We visit DC every year and hope to be able to book here on our yearly visits. Truly wonderful! Highly recommend!

Small, but Mighty!!

What a great experience!!! The hosts are amazing, super responsive! Being honest, you have to know the mini kitchen is small, but it was perfect for us. The bedroom and bathroom were terrific, plenty of space. Super clean! They left wonderful, homemade chocolate chip cookies in the kitchen. we visit DC often and will stay again!!Dana & Ben- can we come back again?

Beautiful suite

Loved the place, the hosts were super communicative and accommodating, the place was clean, perfect giant bed, and had a lovely shower!! They had homemade cookies left in the kitchen for me and provided advice for the area. They also provided a parking pass for my car, but required an extra 15 payment for it, which I was not expecting. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you want to be within walking distance to events and bars without worrying about congestion/parking issues.

Street parking directly across the street was a breeze. The suite was super nice, very clean. Comms with Red were great as well. I left something in the suite and he was kind enough to contact me right away and offer to ship it to me. Would recommend Red’s place when you’re in DC!
