Excellent communication from the property owner. East check in. Kids loved the pool. Unable to use outdoor fire pit/tables due to lack of propane. Overall, good location very close to Disney, comfortable stay for my family.

Thank you for staying with us! We’re happy to hear your family had a comfortable stay and that the kids enjoyed the pool. We’re glad our location was convenient for your Disney trip, too! Just to clarify, we don’t provide propane for the fire pit for safety reasons, as propane tanks have sometimes been left out in the open by previous guests. We appreciate your understanding and are glad you had a good stay overall. I’d love to host your family again!

We had a large group staying before we left for Cruise. This house was clean and in a convenient location with access to grocery stores, restaurants, freeways, and airports. The house had plenty of beds for 2 families and adult children. We liked the game room area for our teen and young adult boys. The only downside was for a large group 1 of the bathrooms was inside a bedroom, which made it difficult to use at night and in early mornings.Overall, would recommend and would stay there again.

We loved our stay at this property especially the backyard with pool, decking and lots of space! The family room was a huge plus as well. We had a wonderful week enjoying swimming, the beach (about 30m easy drive to HB), close to Disney! Our only suggestion would be access to a pool light as we all enjoy swimming at sunset. More supplies would be nice; beach towels, drinking glasses etc. Also one of the fire tables working would make a perfect sunset evening! Overall Thank you! We’d come back if we get another chance!

Thank you for staying with us! We’re so glad your family had a wonderful week and enjoyed the pool, backyard, and family room. It sounds like you made some great memories between swimming, the beach, and Disney! We appreciate your suggestions about the pool light, extra supplies, and fire tables. Just to clarify, we don’t provide propane for the fire table due to safety concerns, as previous guests have left propane tanks out in the open. Thank you for understanding and I’d love to welcome your family back for another fun stay!

Home base for Disney and the beach

Wonderful host! Our previous host had to cancel close to our date and working with Grace took ALL the stress out of the situation! Convenient and comfy for our needs of visiting Disney and the beach. Would have enjoyed the lovely outdoor areas and pool but the weather encouraged us to play cards with my parents inside rather than outside for the short time we were at the house.

This property met our needs well for a large group going to Disneyland. The only things I wish I had understood better were 1) one of the two bathrooms in the property is inside of a bedroom with no other access-- made sharing that bathroom more difficult than expected with 12 people staying together, 2) the pull out couch does not have any bedding, I gave up my sheet and comforter and we pooled a few pillows so the person staying on the pull out couch could have something, and I borrowed a sheet another person happened to bring because they were attending a toga party after our trip. There were no extra sheets or blankets in the house that we could find, which was surprising. One of the ladders to the upper bunk beds came apart the second night, which was also not great. There are patio steps in the yard that are difficult to see even with the caution sign, there probably needs to be caution indicators all across the step instead of just in one spot. Otherwise it was a clean comfortable place that met our needs well. The free street parking was a big plus. The TVs were very useful and communication from the host was quick and excellent. The bed I used was very comfortable.

Thank you so much for your detailed review and for staying with us! I’m really glad to hear that the home overall met your needs, especially for your Disneyland trip, and that you found the space clean, comfortable, and well-located. It also means a lot to know you appreciated the communication, parking, and the comfort of the beds. I truly appreciate you pointing out the concerns you experienced. I understand how the bathroom layout could be challenging for a larger group. I’m also very sorry about the lack of bedding for the pull out couch, this is definitely not the experience we want for our guests. I do wish we had known during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to bring extra sheets and pillows right away. Regarding the bunk bed ladder and the patio steps, thank you for bringing these to our attention. I’ll have the team check this for future guests. We really appreciate your helpful feedback, as it allows us to continue improving. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’d love to welcome you back in the future!
