Welcome to Bent Oaks! This traditional Fredericksburg farmhouse has been recently updated to include everything you will need for the perfect family getaway. Guests can enjoy thie peace and quiet of an exclusive Hill Country neighborhood, all less than a 10 minute drive from the heart of Downtown and everything it has to offer!

Inside the home you will find a King bedroom with a full ensuite bath, a Queen bedroom, and an additional "bunk room" with two sets of bunk beds, bringing the total occupancy of this home to 10. The additional full bath and downstairs half bath provide plentiful accommodations for your whole group. The recently remodeled full kitchen features all the necessities for snacking or meals (including an air fryer!), and additional convenience is offered by the downstairs washer/dryer. Enjoy quality time with family and friends in this spacious, luxurious Fredericksburg home!

The outdoor space features a sitting area with a fire-pit, perfect for wine and conversation under the stars. Guests will also enjoy the private hot tub and plentiful scenery on this peaceful plot of land. Plus, pets are welcome at Bent Oaks, so you and your furry friend can enjoy everything the Hill Country has to offer. Whether you're traveling with family or getting friends together for a special event, this spacious, thoughtfully designed home will be the cherry on top of your perfect Fredericksburg vacation!

1 Pet Per Reservation, not to exceed 45lbs. Pet fee is $45 per pet, per night.

Guests will have access to a community pool. Please note it is NOT a private pool, and other neighborhood residents may be present. We ask that you treat our neighborhood with respect and observe all posted poolside rules, per community ordinance.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

Great stay!

Our stay was wonderful for a group of 10. It was comfortable and just a couple of minutes away driving from Main St. Communication with our host was easy. Loved our visit!

Owners were easy to communicate with and always available. They answered any questions we had before, during and after our stay. House was easy to check in and in a great location. The property was clean, private and quiet. The check-out process was just as quick and easy and the check-in process. We would stay here again and recommend to others!

The house was great had everything we needed , I would bring a baby gate if you have a baby as we did . I loved the fact that all rooms had tv’s .We had a great time.

Lovely farmhouse close to town

We had a great stay! As a family of 4 with our dog, we felt very comfortable with ample space inside and out. The lovely updated farmhouse was very clean and organized. Great kitchen/dining area with everything you need. Loved the peaceful surroundings yet it’s very close to downtown Fredericksburg- just a few minutes drive. The hot tub was also really nice and private. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend it!

The property was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. The home was perfect. We had four adults and three children stay this weekend and we had plenty of room. The master bedroom was spacious. The bunk beds were prefect. The kitchen accomodations were just right. The property was within minutes of downtown and close to a grocery store, but also just tucked away enough to be a quiet spot. We spotted some deer which was always a nice surprise. The super bonus was that there weren't any crazy check out instructions like I had experienced with other properties. This allowed us to enjoy the property more with less stress and take our time packing up without worrying about missing something (and get penalized somehow). Will come back and look for this property again.

Amazing location, amazing house!

The perfect spot for a family stay! Everything was so easy from the very beginning. The house and amenities are top tier. The kids loved the bunk room and hot tub. The location is right in between Main Street and all the wineries/breweries. Next time we come to Fredericksburg, we absolutely will book with Absolute Charm again!!!

Perfect getaway

Lovely property and beautifully decorated and maintained home. We will absolutely be back to Fredericksburg and when we return will stay here again. Everything was clean and orderly. So many well-thought-out amenities and special touches.

Perfect!!

The home was more than comfortable for a family of 4 and perfectly situated with no neighbors to the rear and on one side….which was occupied by deer in mornings. Being only 5 minutes from central Fredricksburg was a plus. Other than a few wasp nests on the back patio…and no spatula (we noticed AFTER making pancakes, but we survived!!)….the home was well kept, clean, and in a perfect location. We WOULD definitely stay here again!!

The house was so cute and clean! Came with all the kitchen appliances and utensils we needed! The only thing we didn’t like was the living room furniture, the couches were not comfortable or made to just be lazy on. Definitely could use something bigger! Also could have had recliners to make it more comfortable, other than that it was perfect neighbor hood and definitely quiet! We will definitely book again!

Great house for a FUNNNN girls weekend away!

We loved our stay at "Bent Oaks"! The house is so cute, and roomie; we loved the layout! Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and the appliances are very nice (that cooper farm sink in the kitchen is so pretty!)! Beds, bedding and pillows were extremely comfy. Big TV's in every room - that was nice, because I've stayed in rentals where there is only one TV in the living room only. There is so much patio seating to enjoy the beautiful weather we had (front porch, side porch and back porch). The hot tub was a plus after hiking Enchanted Rock summit trail and all the shopping/walking we did on Main Street!!! House is located very close to town, lots of driveway parking at the house (we fit 2 SUV's and a truck with no issues)!

Cute place good for Bachelorette party in Fredericksburg

The home definitely looks bigger in photos, but it was a decent size for our group. Home came equipped with everything we needed. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and the propane tank on the grill was empty, which spoiled our plans of having burgers on the grill. Everything else was clean and the bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and toiletries.

Good

The house needs a deeper cleaning service. It has a strong dirt smell, probably coming out from couches, pillows and rugs. In the corners of the living room, I saw spider webs. All A/C vents are very dusty. The hot tub was having a pubic hair. This property is not a 5-star luxury place like the website says.

Only one issue

We thought the house was great and clean and perfect location. We were disappointed with the hot tub. It was green and full of hair and dirt. Kids were disappointed they could not sit in it. Also the fan in the bunk room did not work. If user error, I suggest instructions on how to use it. Thank you
