This is a good condo, well equipped and in a good resort.We liked how clean it was, having a washer/dryer and the well stocked kitchen. The access to the beach was great and we loved how beach chairs etc were in the property and by the beach access to use.We had a lot of difficulty opening the front door, it was very stiff but as soon as we mentioned this to the front office they fixed it.The beds in the 2nd bedroom were worn with sloping mattresses and we found the a/c especially in that room very loud. The view from the balcony has sadly changed since the photos were taken, you now sit looking straight into someone’s house, just the other side of the resort fence. They are still working on these which was at times noisy.We had a couple of issues with the resort, the elevator on the same side as the condo, at the beach end wasn’t working, we weren’t told this.We didn’t like how loud music was played at the pool by the resort or other guests. There is no need for music in the pool area, it spoilt our relaxation.A glass bottle was left in our parking space and we accidentally drove over it as it was dark. We reported it to the office the following morning, the elder lady in the office was very dismissive. We couldn’t move the car as there was a lot of glass behind it. We insisted that someone come and clean it up, the gentleman that came couldn’t have been more helpful and could see why we didn’t want to move. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.
